Student's bio-Alagappa University

The admission process is full of merit and also in online mode. Because of Tamil Nadu educational board reservation also here. When I apply for the course Malsc., Applied Geology l, first the university admission team make a provisional selection list based on the candidate's secure marks in their undergraduate. After the selection process is over they give time to pay the fee and the process of certificate verification. If anyone is unable to pay the admission fee on time they may scratch and also this seat may give to another candidate.

I am a student of MSc., Applied Geology and here 31 students like me. Staff and students ratio like 31:6. Here, the well qualified and also well knowledge of faculties taken classes who pursuing Ph.D. in various streams of geology. They conduct seminars internships and also field visits.

Some of the friends and fellow mates of our department faculty may work in leading companies and also leading projects and world-class universities like Curtin University in Malaysia. Our faculty choose the students based on the mark and their activities in the department they may refer internship and the same time the costs of travel food also given by the faculty for the student's comfort

For post-graduation in their firth or final semester, the students are eligible for placements. Out marvelous faculties arranged placements by official and same time unofficially as their fellow mates work in good companies they refer their students.

In M.sc Applied Geology they collect the fee cost of 7000 per year and for the final or second year 7500 per year. Same time they alert a state and central government scholarship and also some organizations like ONGC scholarship also.

Every year Alagappa University conducts science day, ALUTUS , freshers, and also sent off day. The common celebration like pooja and also Pongal, Holi also celebrated here for the making of students social interest.
