Good College

I have only applied to my college Prasad Polytechnic for a diploma in electrical engineering and for doing graduation (B.A), I have applied to KKC College in Lucknow and also some other distance learning courses. But, after I went to take admission in my college I left the other courses and I took admission there. I am eligible for reservation benefits but did not avail myself during the admission time as I have no financial problems. My college gives admission to every student who wants to do a diploma. The only requirement is a 10th pass with Maths for admission in 1st year & 12th or ITI for admission in 2nd year as a lateral entry. There is no age requirement give me some process was good. I took direct admission as one of my relatives had contact with the college and help me in the admission process. I had to carry some documents and the course fees and I got the admission. There is counselling session also for the students taking admission on the JEECUP entrance basis.

My course curriculum is very good and chances of the job are also good in my course. I like my course and I choose this course. There are 100 to 200 students in our batch and there are about a hundred faculty members in our college. My teachers are well qualified and they are B.Tech, M.Tech and PhDs. They have very good knowledge and teaches in a very good manner and makes us easily learn everything for passing the exams. We can pass the exams with our teacher's guidance and their help. The exams are held commonly on time, but if there are some problems or issues from the board or in the college then the exam is late.

My plan is to working hard and gets placement in a good company. They come to our college every year for campus placement. Some top companies are Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto Limited and many others. Not every student gets the placement but the toppers and some of the good and hardworking students. They give a good salary depending on the level and how old is company. Everyone tries to grab this opportunity so I am also working hard for this. We get this opportunity when we are in the final year and we are very much excited about that.

My college fees are normal for private students and some charges are added depending on the situations like the late fees, fines or penalties from the students. We gets the scholarship every year and we get most of our fees back. I gets the scholarship of about 30,000 every year and almost most of my total college fees are recovered from this scholarship. We get the placement also. Many companies visit our college and hires the students and gets them jobs. Some top companies are like Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto Limited and many others.

We celebrate many functions and events in our college. We and our college arrange for the Fresher's Party, Farewell Party, Teachers Day, Children's Day, Independence Day, Republic Day and so on. Annual festivals are also organised there and they are organised every year between February-March. There are many sports and game competitions are also held. We have a good library where we get every book. We have comfortable classrooms. We do have playgrounds for the sports activities and also we have labs for our study.
