Remarks

I've applied for amity too, but the timings were way too much to opt it. I fell into the quota for the merit list. You should be the 12th graduate from any stream, scoring above 70% and if it is below it you can request them and see if they provide. There is an admission cell that councils the students that come for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I never wanted to go for regular B.com hence I've chosen it. For every subject, there is a dedicated teacher. Few teachers are amazing and the projects they gave were the highlights of the subject. The exams were planned way in advance so there was no such issue faced due to delay, also yes the honors course is difficult in comparison to the regular B.com course.

Placement Experience

3.5

From the second last semester, you can sit for placements. Atleast 50+ companies visit the Campus. The highest package is 53 lakhs. And the average package is 7lpa The placement depends entirely on your performance and personality. I'll go for master's.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are 3 scholarships for merit, I received 20k each year as I topped the class. Also if you score second highest you get 15kand 7k if you score third highest. Fees is 45000 per semester and there are total of 6 semesters. The campus placements for non tech students are mostly for sales profile.

Campus Life

3.5

There are many Fests that usually happen throughout the year, atleast 2 celebrity nights and lot more things. That way the college is always in highlights. The biggest stars, movies shootings are common to see in campus. The library is huge and since I was into books I mostly spent my time there. Classrooms are air conditioned and have all the basic as well as fancy equipments in the class. There is a dedicated sports wing, then the ground is BCCI approved for cricket and for sports there is a vast scope as the campus sends you for various tournaments. Even the college student represented the college in Tokyo Olympic. There are various groups you can always join them as per your interest.l

Course Curriculum Overview:

Subjects are all theoretical, don't expect practical knowledge, syllabus for many subjects is very extensive and Faculty wont even complete the syllabus. You need to study most of things on your own. They would bombard you with 3 tests for internal assessment for each subject and sometimes they take it as suprise test and sometimes even test for 2 subjects might clash on the same day.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In 10th i got good percentage , but was not intereted that much in science , so i took up Commerce + Maths , then passed my 12th standard with 93% and i realized my decision was good. Then after 12th i had to do graduation so i choose B.com + Hon. As this seemed me the best option rather that BBA or any other. On an average , in my college , there were 40 - 50 students in each batch. There were different teachers for different subjects. There was not much mess and the teachers were enough to handle and teach all the students . Teachers in government colleges have years of experience , thats the reason many people get into these colleges , in my college too teachers were qualified and were ready to clear any doubt . We were having 2 semesters in the year , half - half course in both , these papers arent too difficult to pass if there was a proper study. I dont found these papers much difficult.
