No, I did not apply for any colleges. The admission process was very smooth, It started with the online application and then on the day of the interview, I had counseling regarding all the PGP programs and also the overview of the institute by the Director Sir. Post counseling, I had my Group Discussion round which was among 10 applicants. After the Group discussion, I had a Personal Interview round with 2 of the professors. After this process within a week, I was selected and the other required information was mailed to me. Admission Criteria for PGDM International Business is, The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree with atleast 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a UGC recognized university or any deemed university. The Candidate must also appear for any of the entrance exams ( CAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT)
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose International Business because I am interested in knowing the what are the international business structures, How can a business make a place across the globe, and also what are the strategies required to sustain in the international market. The faculty of the institute holds a Ph.D degree or any equivalent masters degree in their respective fields, they are friendly and have abundant subject knowledge, They use different teaching methods basing on the student's comfort, all the doubts asked by the students are addressed. The student faculty ratio of institute is 1:10. Institute follows trimester system and every three months the term exams are conducted .
Internships Opportunities
Some of the companies and the job profiles offered by them for the internships are, Deloitte - US Tax, EFA, RFA Investosure - Marketing PerspectAI - Inside Sales Associate Outlook - Marketing There are also many companies offering for finance, accounting, risk management, Human Resource Management, Business analytics, Marketing, Sales.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible to apply for campus placements from semester 4. Every year there is an increase in the number of companies which visit our campus. Some of our recruiters are, Triniti, Godreg, Deloitte, ICICI, TCS, Franklin Templeton, ORACLE, Microsoft, Mahindra, Metrics4Analytics. In last three years average of 96% of students have been placed with an average salary of 5.36 lakhs. The highest package in 2020 was 20.84lac.
Fees and Financial Aid
There has been no hike in the fees from last 3-4 years, College provides scholarships to students based on the score they get in their respective entrance exams. I got a scholarship of 1,00,000 for my 81.09 %ile score. College provides many internships and job opportunities, I got an opportunity to work as an intern in Deloitte, field US Tax as a part of my Summer Internship Program. My stipend was 25000 pm.
Campus Life
The most peaceful and the happiest place for me is the Library of our institute, it provides us with countless books based on different subjects, we get the monthly journals, the latest books by famous writers, we also get access to many portals from where students can do their researches and also get access to the data which is not so easily available on the Web. The classrooms are very spacious and fully ventilated, with ACs. There is a football court, tennis court, basketball court provided for the students, there are many competitions and tournaments held intra-college and inter-college. There are many clubs run by students, out of which few are Cultural, Sports, Marketing, Photography, Social. The annual fest which the institute hosts is "SANSKRITI", an inter-college fest where different clubs take part and there are many cultural programs and competitions.

The candidate must also appear for any of the entrance exams (CAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT, XAT) The topics for the group discussion were all based on the current affairs and the current situation of the world in connection with India. For the Group discussion round, I updated myself with the current affairs and the treaties and alliances being signed by our country and also got updated with the latest talk of the town, state, country.
