Remarks
My experience as far as the admission process is concerned was remarkably smooth. I applied for IPE in 2020 which was the peak of the lockdown period. To make the admission process swift, IPE arranged Telephonic Interview and screened through (10+12 and graduation) results. There is no upper age limit for admission in the PGDM programme but one needs to be a graduate to apply in IPE. Usually, though IPE takes admission through the marks of competitive MBA examinations, such as CAT, MAT etc. along with different rounds of GD and PI.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for PGDM general. IPE provides specialization in all core functional fields like Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR. Along with this it also provides specialization in Data Analytics, Economics and Entrepreneurship. I took the specialization of Operations and Marketing. Facilty:student ration is 1 : 10 The faculty of IPE are highly experienced and qualified. They have a plethora of knowlege and give wonderful insights while teaching a subject. They also assist you with inteactive and intresting projects which makes you visualize the concepts in realtime basis. We have both internal and Final exams. For internal exams , 15 marks is for mid semester exam and 15 marks in on class performance and activities. Final exams are of 30 marks. The creditis of the subject depends on the subject and the course.
Internships Opportunities
I got multiple internship opportunities from college. Almost all the students secure atleast one summer internship from college which includes roles like sales and marketing, market research, insurance, lead generation. Deloitte and IHS Markit are mainly from BIF but they have different job profiles for internships as well. more than 100 companies come for hiring interns from college.
Placement Experience
Campus placements in IPE is good. Students are eligible to sit for placements from trimester 4. Finance and banking has a lot of recruitment from Deloitte and PwC. Maximum companies come for marketing specialization with different roles. The highest package was around 18lakh p.a and the average package is around 6 lakh pa. Placement percentage is about 80% There are multitude of companies visiting the college which includes, Pwc, HUL, Cadbury, Ranstad, Delloite, IHS Markit etc.

IPE library is deft with books, articles, and reports covering all fields of management and technology. They include actual studies and some government reports which are really insightful. Along with this, IPE has a digital database for online assistance that covers all horizons. Classrooms are spacious and can accommodate 60+ students in each class easily.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel Rooms are really good. They have attached bathrooms and centralized A/C . The rooms are spacious for double occupancy and single occupancy. Meal provided by the IPE canteen is more regional food. So if you are from other states, you need to adapt a bit. Nevertheless, the catering service maintains hygiene. Meal timings are a bit odd, but once you come to college you will get used to it. College is located in shamirpet, which is considerably distant from the city. PG rooms are not available readily in this area.
Interview Experience
My admission procedure happened through a Telephonic interview. I was asked questions about my previous qualifications. They asked 3 to 5 questions. Then I had to tell the specialization i was opting for. They would want to know previous work experiences if any. The question asked can be very basic if you have sharp communication skills. Being updated to the current affairs and keeping your goal clear would adequately help you clear the interview.
