MB Patel science college is affiliated with Sardar Patel University, V.V. Nagar (Gujarat). In this college students get admission by merit. In the beginning, individuals have to register themselves on the university portal. and fill in all the necessary information asked. On releasing of merit list individual will get college. (there is no interview round or entrance test)it is purely merit based admission. This college runs basic science programs.

I choose BSc chemistry because of my hobbies and passion to study chemicals. In this college, the faculty is so supportive to the students about the study as well as career counselling. Most of the faculty members are qualified up to MSc and PhD. The college conducts exams in two phases (per semester) first is the internal exam and the second one is the external exam which is conducted by University.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

MB Patel science college is a grant in aid college so the college fees are much less than any of private colleges, college fees are affordable. The Scholarship is given to students as per the Gujarat govt. Policy.

Campus Life

February is the month of festivals where you enjoy every festival with your friends. The college has an outstanding library which has great infrastructure as well as every reference book that you need during your graduation. It also has magazines like chemistry today, physics today, employment newspaper etc. Other activities like NSS, NCC, finishing school are also run by the college.

My course and the placements are mostly government-related. We go to forensic science laboratories (FSLs) which are all over India for jobs. We can be recruited as scientific officers or scientific assistants etc. In Kerala, I have to give the PSC examination for recruitment.

All faculty members have Ph.D. even some professors do research in a particular field they review in any doubt or teaching methods so polite. I fill up the form online. there is no admission exam you only have to fill out the online form then you have to go to college and submit your application form after submitting your application form you have to submit the fees for the half-semester and then also submitted extra fees for the exam then your admission is confirmed. there is only one person submitting forms I think at least 3 to 4 people are available to submit forms.so it's over very easily....Read More
