Honest review on Chitkara University

My sister also did MBA from Chitkara university, that's why I opted for this university. I gave MAT and after that, I filled admission form online. Since I gave MAT so no GD AND PI happened but those who didn't give CAT/MAT they have to first give the entrance exam and then GD / PI.

Because I wanted to start my career in the banking sector. The students were approximately 250 and the faculty is well educated and very courteous. There used to be internal and external exams. The mode of examination is online because of covid.

I'm doing my internship at Utkarsh small finance bank and I work as a teller there and now I'm planning to continue with the organization. Right now I get a stipend of 13000 in the bank. My project is related to small finance banks and their role.

3rd-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like Paytm, insurance companies like bajaj insurance, Aditya Birla insurance, etc, Hdfc bank, axis bank, etc visited our campus. The average package is 3-4 lakh. Almost every student got placed.

The fee structure is nominal and it will cost you around 1,50,000 per year. In my course, you have to study for 6 months, and for 1.5 years you have to do an internship. The campus provides various internship opportunities. Companies like Paytm, Hdfc, etc. Visit there for placements and internships.

The campus life is best. A fest like rangrez used to happen there in which students from all over India can participate. The library is equipped with the latest edition books and journals. The classroom is well equipped and has basic amenities.

In the girl's hostel, there are no Ac rooms available, washrooms are available on each floor. The mess of our hostel is good and provides good quality food. Hostel fee is near about 45000 rupees and the warden is strict and makes sure discipline is maintained within the hostel premises.

Since I gave MAT, No GD and interview happened. But those who didn't give CAT/MAT have to give the entrance exam and then GD AND PI. the level of the test is moderate and during the admission time the faculty really helped us.
