Remarks

When I complete my schooling I got confused about where I need to join so when I went to counselling. I get Sri Sakthi and BIT engineering college but I didn't like it. When I went to NGP IT CBE I got a scholarship of 75000 for my community and the coaching they provide very well. My mark in 12th is 789 it was very minimum when compared to the engineering cutoff but now I clear my engineering with no history of arrear.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am just interested in Coding and Computer Science will be very easy for me so I took this. Around 605 students were in my class. Most of the staff completed ME and they were trying to complete PhD also. And they were talkative and friendly with students. the exam was conducted regularly at interval time so we need not worry about university exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We can search company by ourself for internship. And they give tasks and projects in college. Staff also guide us for internships and projects through consultancies. So it will be useful will getting placed and we can add those project details in the resume.

Placement Experience

4.5

In the final year, they conduct a placement class. Mostly HCL, Infosys and Wipro etc where the company recruit students every year. Upto 12 lakh per annum will be the highest salary package in placement. Around 90% were getting placed. I am studying for UPSC.

Fees and Financial Aid

In counselling, fees are the same as government fees. They were providing scholarships for my community upto 75000 so the fees structure for me is very low. I doeant attend any campus drive because I focused on PG also so I didnt attend placement but the placement was good.

Campus Life

Every year they will conduct all the functions Sports Day in August, Techfest in November and annual day in March. Most all books were available at the library related to engineering and government exam. Sports was poor here.

SRM UNIVERSITY- THE GOOD AND THE WORSE

Placement Experience:

The placement here is pretty good , we can get internships from 3 rd year onwards but the placement is after 4th year . The highest package offered here is 1.08 cpa The average package offered here is 6 lpa And if you want to get a good enough package here you will habe to study. Hard and be productive in coding it will be best if you maintain a higher cgpa than 8 . Many companies come here like amazon, google, tcs and many more.

HONEST TRUTH ABOUT COLLEGES

Placement Experience:

I am currently in 3rd year. From what I have heard and seen. There are core companies like Boeing, indigo etc.. who are regularly coming for campus placement. This year I heard that about 11-12 people for selected in Boeing for a package of 9-10 LPA. I can say one thing for sure that placements are only based on your individual performance and your skill set. Just learning the course isn't going to land you a job. All the people who are competing for this job has done the same thing like you did (ie complete this course). Try to know your basics very well instead of faking your CGPA. Attend lectures, competition and internship to keep that resume look unique

Now the syllabus is changed and it is relevant . The duration for preparing for exams and difficulty level are okay manageable . Elective exams will be there , which can be selected by the students . during the cat exam , we will have 2 exams on the same day and will have a holiday for the next exam .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Navigating Rec

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Artificial Intelligence and data science as I was veey much interested to learn about AI and I believe that this course has a lot of scope outside. In my college they do provide a good curriculum for this course that teaches things from the basic to advanced level. The difficulty level of exams is a bit high sometimes but if we maintain a good score overall it will be easy to pass.
