Meerut institute of technology is best when you search for any college giving scholarship based on 12th percentage. It has different schemes for scholarship as if you score above 80/90/95 % then you will get 30000/50000/80000 rupees scholarship which no other college is providing in my area. I also applied to its sister branch known as Meerut institute of engineering and technology but it does not provide 12 based scholarships so I opted for MIT college as both the colleges are the same. There are some other colleges as well such as KIET, SRM, AKG or ABES but they took admission by councelling and does not provide scholarship for direct admission. During my admission in MIT, I got a scholarship of Rs 30000 every year from college as my 12th percentage was above 80%.The minimum percentage to take admission is 70% but there is no age limit. The process is very simple for direct admission. Just go to the college fill the admission form and pay minimum amount of Rs10000

I want to become a software developer so I choose the CSE branch. The faculty is good and humble and always ready to help. The ratio is 1:20 of teachers to students. All the teachers are post graduated from reputed colleges.The exams were held every half year and in each half-year there were internal exams every month based on which each individual performance is estimated. The level of the exams is good and not very easy. Sometimes some questions were above the average level.

There were sessions held for the internship program where each student can go and participate. Some programs are scholarship based where even a 100%fee discount is offered based on the test score. I did my internship at infotech private limited from Noida. But there are many options available. You even get a chance to participate in hackathons and mentors will be provided for the same. Also, you can go to the events held in the IITs.

Students are able to give interview from the 7th semester and can go on the jobs from 8th semester. There were campus as well as pool campus facilities are available for job placement. Almost all the students from my batch were placed who wants to do job. Almost 90 % students get placed and some have other plans for higher studies. I got the job as soon as I got the degree

The fee for 1 year is approx. 100000 rupees. The fee can be paid in 3 installments as per convenience. The hike in few can be seen of upto Rs20000. There are scholarship options available based on 12 % and also on parents incomes. The scholarship of upto Rs 80000 can be earned on the basis of 12th percentage along with this if the parents income is less than 2 lacs then a scholarship of upto Rs 96000 can be earned from government as per the caste criteria.

Annual tech fest in Mridang held in September. Books for every subject of each course are available in the library. Also, daily newspapers and journals are available in the library. Various sports tournaments were held. There is an official page that is maintained by the students.

The hostel facilities are not that good if considering food otherwise hostel is good. The food quality is not like home but you can eat it. The registration process for a hostel is simple and it's affordable. You just have to pay an amount of Rs56000 In one go for 1 year which is highly affordable.
