LIFE IN MINES-Government Polytechnic College

I have completed my 12th in B.P.M college, burmamines, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand in course Mining (JAC Board) it gives me attached ITI certificate from this I am eligible to fill ITI to Diploma entrance exam. From there I get the opportunity to continue my study in a government college where it is totally free of cost.

I chose this course because I want to be a Mining Inspector. This college has good faculty with a student ratio of about 20:01. Faculty qualifications are all b.ed in their course was perfect. It is very easy for me to qualify for the exams because it conducts exams in a year in different colleges for better exam experience and it gave me an interesting mining tour.

Companies are like BCCL and CCL provide you an internship with stipend Bharat coking coal limited and central coal field limited gives you 8000 rs stipend and same CCL 8000 rs with no accommodation you have to choose your own accommodation like bicycle or bike or anything you have your own otherwise there are too many rickshaw and auto to help you out. There are so many projects like Mahanadi coal field limited, coal India limited, and too many more projects are going on and many other projects in their way to coming soon. It is relevant to go through the shaft or incline or the haulage but I personally do not recommend you to go through the gaulage roadways because there are no chances to come through this in good. Too many accidents have occurred in haulage road and the track in the underground mines.

It gives scholarships with the help of the Jharkhand University of Technology. No fees for such a government college but you have to make proper VIVA and you have to be polite with the faculty. You will get direct placement in the courses of ECE, DRILLING TECHNOLOGY, EEE, CIVIL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, but in mining engineering you have no option to get placement because they give you a 1-year plant training with the help of BOPT(Board Of practical Training Institute, Salt Lake City, Kolkata) after this training You will have such document like First Aid Certificate, 3 months and 4 Months training In underground and open cast mines certificate then you will have to Must Qualify the exam of Mining Sirdar Exam to be a mining engineer after this process you got the ticket of mining sirdar after finishing this you are eligible for a part of Survey depart.

Many cultural programs are organized by the students for the college to make the college proud and the students represent the various types of their knowledge in the field they perfectly know well. It is good for the freshers. To gain knowledge from this project.

In the hostel room, you will get a good quality bed private locker in your beside the bed, 24*7 electric supply, 24*7 water supply. And about the meal, everyone knows about the meal of hostel it is not good enough but it has lots of protein, but in such cases, you have to very quick the mealtime is at morning is 7 to 8 am after 8:30 you don't get the breakfast because it gets over very soon And in the afternoon it is 12 to 2 pm after 2:30 it gets over, and about the night it is 8 to 9:30 and after 10:00 it gets over. So if you are going to any college andy hostel I personally recommend prepare your own food. Yes, you can get there PG with the 2 or 3 roommates with whom you will like comfortable. The registration process is very easy. Yes, you can also get a separate room for rented there are very kind people who give their house for rent.
