Review Of My College - ISBS

I have applied to ISBS. They have shortlisted me based on my academic results and MAT score. 1st round was GD and 2nd round was PI. Both the round has happened on the same day. After someday they have announced the chart and I got admission to ISBS. Students need to clear any Entrance exam like CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT etc.

In 1st semester, All the stream faculty used to give their presentation (Like Marketing, Finance, and HR) so that students can decide easily which one is good for them. I have chosen HR because I want to go into that field. This is my passion. All the faculties are very good and helpful. Most of them are DR. And highly qualified. If you have studied the whole semester, you can easily crack the exams. Faculties have given notes in every subject with questions banks.

Internship opportunities are many more in ISBS. Placement cells are used to brings lots of companies for Internships. Companies like Bajaj Capital, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bajaj Finserv etc. Some companies used to give direct placements to the students who are doing internships in that companies. I have done an Internship in the Recruitment process in a Consultancy company.

Students become eligible for Campus placement from semester III. Companies visited like Amazon, Burger Paint, Phone Pe, Aditya Birla, Deloitte, KSB Pumps, etc. Every year more than 90% + students get placements from campus. I have got the placement from Campus.

In 2018 - The fee Structure was 6,70,000/- for 2Years for PGDM course. I am not sure about scholarships but Financial assistance is there and campus placements are really good. I got my first job from campus placement.

Annual Fest / Tech Fest - ISBS use to conduct many programs like Business Baazigar, culture Fest, seminars etc. You will get every book and journal and previous SIP reports in Library. In the classroom, You will get basic structures along with Projectors, lecture recording amenities etc. Every type of sport are conducted by a Sports team and there is a program called CDP (Career Development Program), you will learn slot about the future market. For every stream, different groups are there and the Cultural team, sports team, alumni team, placements cells are there.

GD and interviews are there in the admission process. GD topics are Current affairs and news. The interview process is normal like 1. Tell me something about yourself.. 2. Academic qualifications. 3. Why did you choose ISBS? 4. Which stream do you want to choose and why. 5. What is your long-term goal..
