My College review

I just go to my college and submit my 12th class marksheet with the counseling form. For btech, there is a criterion of a minimum of 60% marks in class 12th and I passed the criteria and i also have 16000 ranks in upsee exam so got admission through counseling. So after i submit my admission form to the counselor.

I am interested in computers and wanna explore some facts and knowledge about them. That's why I choose the Btech course in computer science to explore it more. There are 10 faculty in my department and 70 students enrolled in my course. All faculty are highly qualified and some of them have done Mtech or Ph.D. also. There are 2 or 3 sessional exams in the semester and it is quite easy if you have learned the subject.

I think we don't have to be late. From the first semester, we have to give time to gain skills and sharpen them to get placement. But it is a major con of our college. The college organizes job fairs for students every year and approaches only small or nontechnical companies only 50-60% of students are placed by university placements while the other ones get dependent on the off-campus placements.

My college one-year fees is 95000 rupees so by upsee couselling i got the admission at 40000 per year.This includes library and transportation fees. College charges this fees till the final year. I have also applied for UP scholarship. There is no job we got on campus.

Yes, there is a tech-fest organized every year in February by every Btech course department, and participation of all students is mandatory. An annual function in April is also organized by the college at a big level. In February sports and extracurricular activities are organized on the campus. Classrooms are too big and clean having clean board proper lighting and an airy atmosphere.
