Remarks

The Admission process started through online mode. Colleges I chose were - Sandip University Nashik, NDMVP college Nashik, KTHM college Nashik, KPG college Igatpuri. Reason for getting admission to KTHM college was because it was close to my city which would save me extra travel expenses, It was a government-funded college, College fees were affordable for my family. I belong to General Category but I got a college fee waiver because my marks were good. I got admission in general quota Admission process was through the online ranking system by marks scored in 12th HSC and the minimum marks criteria were 35% (passing marks) & also on cast reservation. There were no minimum age criteria. When the students got their names placed on the list, then they can visit the college directly, submit the required documents and fees to get admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

1

I chose B.sc in physics because I wanted to become a Physics teacher. Curriculum was basically Physics, Maths, Chemistry & Mathematics. Student ratio was approx 3:1 boys: girls and there were approximately 300+ students for B.sc 1st year. Teaching method was good but it was boring, especially it was just like reading books without learning, teachers are like just copying and pasting the words out of their mouth without explaining the facts. Exams were timely and hard pass out I would rank it 8/10.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very affordable for a student. There are scholarships for students who belong to lower castes. Cost to study was around 12000-15000 INR yearly. I got a job as a teacher in a private school.

Campus Life

0.5

Life at the campus was toxic, I would stay away from the students and will recommend self-study at home instead of going and taking classes at college because the environment of college will pull down your real potential to the average level. ( I have experienced it). There's no discipline for students, they eat pan-gutka, etc. On the campus dirtying the floors. Yes there's no any sports or fest etc. except boring speeches. I would recommend staying away from the toxic student's environment.

Placement Experience:

Students in their final semester are eligible for placements. NCL visited the campus. I have no idea about the most expensive package. About half of the percentage got placed. After graduating, I went for my bachelor of education studies.

Placement Experience:

In our college the percentage of students getting placement is very high because in our college every year the staff take job fairs for our college students as well as another college student also can participate in the job fair. In the job fair company comes to our college and students giving them to interview and they got to select. My plan after getting the degree is to get selected in Infosys company and learn new things.

Remarks:

A few negative effects are debt, partying, sexual assault, missing family and friends, and stress. Positive effects are he/she gets a degree, makes new friends, becomes more diverse, most likely gets a good job after graduating, and helps he/she to become more independent and grow as an individual.

Yes there is lot of positive remarks for colleges like good faculty, good nature of teachers with friend, helpful library staff and good infrastructure but some negative remarks for college is that they have to convert their syllabus as industry oriented and they have to make their network strong for placement so students do not go for off campus drive

Being part of MIT ADT University there are some disadvantages of not being a regular student. We always need to be in our best behaviour, need to be always dressed in uniform in college function and a high penalty of suspension is followed if presented differently.
