Woxsen Journey

The admission process was smooth. There was a GD, PI and they also checked CAT AND GMAT scores. Woxsen was easy to get into. I wanted to join Symbiosis Pune and NMIMS in Hyderabad, But they were accepting students with high scores and good backgrounds. I was a medium smart student so I couldn't get in. But the infrastructure of Woxsen is very good. Criteria: No minimum marks, Age: 21 and above.

Mba in woxsen had good reviews. I was working for 2 and a half years, and I wanted to upskill myself and get a better package. So that was the reason behind joining MBA. The faculty to Student ratio is 1:3. I mean they have different visiting faculties for different classes that were being conducted so faculty comes and goes. Most of the faculty are well experienced and have good knowledge about the study. Teaching methods are also good. They will have few interaction sessions, Activity sessions and so on. Overall we can rate it 7/10. Exams used to be every month. Once the subject is done they will conduct the exam. It was not very tough to pass. If we put minimum effort we can pass.

Internship: Pasura Health care Hyderabad. Role: Marketing Internee. It was a good company to work for. I was responsible for getting business and market their products. The stipend was 7k per month. In the college project, they gave us various marketing projects and paper submissions to get into different companies. My major was marketing so I did various projects on the same. There were different group tasks also to complete.

From MBA 2nd year people start to get placements. People above Cgpa 2.5 are eligible for placements. Name of the companies: College Dunia, J.P Morgan, Dell, Grab On, Scaler, Mahindra, Few small companies. Highest: 14 lakhs, Average: 7lpa, Profiles: HR, MARKETING, Accounting 75% got placed. Got a good job in College Dunia.

Fee structure: Academics 10 lakhs for 2 years. Hostel and amenities: 4 lakhs. They have quoted 15.5 lakhs and gave some scholarship kind of provision and reduced the fee to 14. But some people paid 11 lakhs also in the end. If the seats are not filled they have given at cheaper price.

Woxsen premier league, WPL, Woxsen marketing fest. There was a Robotic lab and there were AI fests conducted. Different fests were conducted in different months. They vary. Ideally, WPL happens in March, Marketing fest happens in September. Very a huge library and a good place. AC, Projector, good chairs and very comfortable experience. But faculty should be improved. There are different sports clubs and they conduct leagues between teams. They don't give money though to conduct events. That is one negative feedback. They always look for a cost cut. Woxsen Marketing club, Woxsen HR club.

In the room AC, Good washrooms, Good furniture. They have cameras installed in hallways. Grounds are also there. Very good food, no compromise on that. Easy process of onboarding. But it's not Affordable for many people. They charge very high. Onboard Hostel.

Yes, we had GD, Interview and a written test. GD topic was How was the education system in India, what is your comment. The aptitude test was also conducted which was easy. No other criteria for admission. I have googled and prepared current affairs and watched the news. I have a fair understanding of aptitude tests because I was preparing for GRE. It was easy for me to get in.
