Remarks

Admission To Nitte University is taken via neet examination. It was earlier government under Mangalore University. Now This college College is recognized by mci. Admission is taken through mcc counseling through neet marks and rank. Rank can vary upto 4lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are amazing. There are lectures, professors, and doctors who are highly qualified and experienced in practical and theoretical knowledge. There are at least 15 lecturers and 4 to 5 doctors in each department. The student is 80 to 100 in each academic year. Exams are Highly important there and taken exactly on time. Three sessionals per year and One University at the end, with practical and vivas. Teaching is done through ppt, slide method.

Internships Opportunities

The internship is there and they get ideas from all the departments. We have a certificate course too. Internship We get to learn more as patient flow is too good here. Internship people are taken to rural for a month where they tend to learn more.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are 5 lakh per year for four years and free year internship. Fees are taken on time after each University exam. And hostel and mess fees is 70000. Although it can vary year-wise. The online mess system is also there.

Campus Life

Although the fest thing is less. Yearly they call tedex for lectures or any comedian. We conduct every year election and form a union where they look for all culturals,sports , debates and all. We conduct cultural for about 10 days. Every year we form clubs, participate in the intercollege competitions, sports like basketball ball tennis chess everything we conduct. Groups like lakshya foundation, tie-up with orphanage

Hostel Facilities

The room is spacious and has an attached washroom. The laundry facility is there. The meal has mostly south Indian dishes, veg, and non-veg. You will get breakfast lunch dinner and snacks with tea or milk. For the hostel, we have a hostel in charge who looks for rooms and admission.

The course curriculum is very well designed the university, they first teach the bacis in the first year , and in the second year they prepare us for the clinicals ( pre Clinical work ) , and in the third year we get exposure to patients in all the nine departments, and in final year more of the exposure is given.

The curriculum is on par with other colleges n the college is constantly trying to improve it which is a gr8 thing!! Clinical exposure and patient focused approach

Admission procedure was quite smooth as the college is a deemed to be university affiliate so you don't have the difficulty of going to so many colleges under AIC quota allocation if you only select the deemed option under your filling of choice For this procedure for deemed universities, it requires a seperate registration in the MCC database including a 200000 registration fees which will be returned back upon admission.
