I had applied for Narayan Guru College, Chembur and Pillai College, Chembur. The colleges had not started till then and the admission process was a bit complicated for me as my final year marksheet was not yet given to me. I did my graduation from K.J. Somaiya College of Science and Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Geology. As I was an in-house student, K.J. Somaiya Comprehensive College of Education and Research which is now changed to K. J. Somaiya College of Education, Mumbai made my admission process very easy and gave me admission. They cross-verified my marks with my college and gave me admission on the spot. K.J Somaiya College of Education gives good internship and placement opportunities along with other co-curricular activities too.

As I had been teaching as a personal tutor for four years with UrbanClap and UrbanPro, I decided to pursue B.Ed from K.J. Somaiya College of Education, Mumbai. The faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in their fields. Each area is explained very well along with certain activities and case studies. Assignments related to broadening our horizons are given. The course is completed efficiently and exams were conducted online on Zoom under strict supervision by all the teachers. The college has started a new initiative for LGBTQ community and created a club for it. LGBTQ community is also allowed to take admission in our colleges.
