Review of Chemical Branch in Parul Institute of Technology.

I applied for the BTech program chemical engineering at Parul Institute of Technology. There are no admission criteria to get admission into this university. We simply take admission by registering in Acpc or else you can get admission by visiting at admission cell of Parul University. The experience of getting admission into this university is good. The fee structure of this university is also good, the per year fee for Bachelor's program is 74000 include tution fees, Exam fees. Also, they will take a 15000 deposit in 1st semester and they will refund it back after our graduation. So overall our experience in Parul university is good, Campus scenario of this university is also good. There was no counseling during my admission to college, I take direct admission by visiting at admission cell

There are about 8 semesters in the Btech program of chemical engineering. Because in Gujarat the chemical industries are more so there was a huge chance for getting placements in one of the industries. There are approx 40 students in each class and 1 faculty so the ratio will be 40:1. Every member of this Institute is Mtech Qualified from NIT or IIT's. The exams were conducted every 6 months. The exam pattern was: weekly exam of 20 marks, Mid-semester exam of 40 marks, and end semester exam of 60 marks with practice exams and viva too of 40 marks. The difficulty level of exams is moderate to difficult.

From the 7th semester, students get a chance of getting placements. The company visiting our campus for placements are L and T, Wipro, ONGC, Bharat petroleum, Indian oil corporation limited, Hindustan Petroleum. The highest package was 24 LPA and the average package was 3.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement from our university to this Companies is 60% every year. After getting a degree there were 2 options whether you will do the job or you will go for further studies by scoring good marks in Gate or other competitive exams related to Engineering.

The fees structure for the Btech degree program is 74000 per year include exam fees and tuition fees. Fees hike policy is that after each and every year the college fees are increasing about 5 to 10% every year. Scholarships are Digital India, MYSY, College is proving teaching assistant internship in which our institute college students can only participate. And they get a stipend of 5000 to 10000 per month after completion of the internship. And they get a chance of meeting huge celebrities like Ayushman Khurana, Neha Kakar,Pratiek Gandhi,Avani Kapoor, Manushi chillar, and many more.

The main annual festival of our campus is Dhoom which was celebrated every year in the month of February. In technical festivals, Projections is the major platform conducted in Mid of February every year. Every type books are available over library like any branches, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, IT, Laws and many more. Every morning newspaper Times of India should be put in Library so that student can aware about current affairs of our country. Many types of sports held in our campus like: Football, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Lawn tennis. Extra currical activities like: Technically events or non technically events should be held over here.
