I have applied MBA in Gnanam School of Business only. I don't apply another college because i have fully satisfied with GSB in all criteria like Placement, Hostel, Academic, Campus, Clubs and Forums and so on...
Course Curriculum Overview
Term exam was conducted on a monthly basis. It was neither too difficult nor too easy to pass. It wad moderate only.. VIVA will be conducted as a final term exam. It was also not too difficult. A 5 panel members will asked subject related questions to the students.
Internships Opportunities
Due to covid-19, we are asked to find Internships near places only. I have completed 1month internship in Co-operative Bank without pay. During my internship, i have learned the major difference between commercial banks and Co-operative Bank. In final year students are asked to do project based on the specialization they took with the help from the project guide.
Placement Experience
In the end, second-semester students are eligible for getting placements. Ford, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, City Union Bank, Zeebu traders, synergy and so on The highest package is 4-5 lakhs. 70-80% of the students got selected in placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total cost of study for a 2-year residential program is Rs. 4,75,000/- includes hostel, programme fee, Blazer. Other than this monthly food court bill around 4000 have to pay. I have selected for ICICI Bank Campus Interview. Now I have completed 4months in ICICI Bank
Campus Life
They conduct Biz Laurette which is a management fest conducted once a year. A lot of events conducted by clubs and forums once a month which helps us to develop ourselves. Separate clubs were run by the students based on the specialization they will take. For example, the Bank of Finrostra is a bank that is run only by the finance students for providing emergency funds to the students. GPL is a Gnanam Premier League conducted only by the Girls for boys.
Hostel Facilities
The Hostel room was really amazing. 2 members per room are allowed for study purposes. In both academic blocks and hostels, students have to speak only in English. Water facilities and power facilities are good. There is no power cut. Food quality is good. There is a separate food for vegetarians and nonvegetarians. They will opt for what they want.
Interview Experience
I have attended a Personal Interview during my admission process. They asked about the reason for choosing MBA and reason for MBA in GSB, Future goals, Current Affairs and asked basic interview questions. I have prepared well for this interview process by reading newspapers.
