Applied to Chetana's, Wellingkar, Dalmia, and IES. The criteria through which I was selected for the interview round was based on my CMAT score. And I'm the interview round (held online) I got selected in Chetana's Institute.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose PGDM Finance as this is the field I am looking to gain further knowledge in. No of the Faculty members are quite large including some visiting members. Highly educated Faculty with minimum MBA degrees. Adapt very well to Online Teaching. 2 main exams a year, but preparing well helps in passing those exams with good marks.
Internships Opportunities
A lot of companies visit for internships. For marketing, students get plenty of opportunities for internships with their desired role. For finance, companies visiting are slightly lesser as compared to marketing. However good job roles fo come such as Equity Research Analyst, Wealth Management, etc.
Placement Experience
College does provide placements. It generally starts from the 3rd semester for preparation. Companies start visiting from around October. Very well-reputed companies do approach our college for placements. The average package is around 6L P.A and the highest being around 8-9L P.A. College has a high placement percentage of around 90-95% students being placed
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees are 785000 Rs for 2 years. Campus Placement provides internships and jobs as well. Off summer projects opportunities and a compulsory Summer Internship is done. Executive placements take place in the second year from a very early stage which helps students to cope with the preparation
Campus Life
Since the course has been online due to the pandemic, I have not got the opportunity to experience campus life. Although have visited the college and it was a very good library and labs as well. Some fest and events have had to be conducted online
Interview Experience
Since the lockdown, the interview was conducted Online. Hence Group Discussion was not possible to organize online. A personal interview was conducted which asked questions such as 'Why do you want to pursue MBA?' 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years 'Why did you choose this college'
