Remarks

The admission criteria for students were to have above 80% for direct admission and below it then students were required to give an interview and a small written examination. During counselling day there was a small orientation programme that was held mainly for the students and their respective parents and then later the venues were announced for the session.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I did choose this course because I wanted to explore and contribute to the agricultural sector for better growth of the economy of India, for the people of our country whom we can help especially major concentration towards rural areas or villages. 10:8, Majorly every faculty has done their PhD from known respected universities. In fact we students are actually fortunate to get the opportunity to learn from our faculty members. They are actually very helpful and in our department, the teachers are sincere about giving notes and other information. Term exams were usually normal with the proper time. Truly the exams according to me were mediocre not too tough or not too easy so anyhow a student was required to study.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have a proper idea regarding the financial assistance Regarding job or placements, I have heard that in our field it's a competitive world so hence the selections are also minimal. Regarding the stipend, it's mainly a package of 2-5 lac.

Campus Life

5

Life at the campus has been enormously great. This because it's for the first time we had individually started to explore things by ourselves, we all started making good friends coming from different states, we could experience the surroundings of being in a college. The one thing which is the centre of attraction is the college's library because it is the most huge library I have ever come across. In fact, the system is also too proper. There are several books related to literature, related to academics, magazines, journals. Also, there is the availability of computers for better grasping of knowledge, mainly there is no limit, easy to access. In the classroom, we have AC, projector, a whiteboard and a mic. On campus, there are different kind of sports which held at different time like we have an amity youth fest in which several sports do hold and the participants usually come from different places. For extracurricular activities, there is no boundary we can get into dance, art, singing, acting etc. Aeroclub literary.

Placement Experience:

The placements for the B.Sc Agriculture course at Invertis University are growing but may not be very high compared to technical courses. Some companies visit the campus for agriculture-related roles such as agri-input companies, seed companies, fertilizer companies, and marketing positions. Students with good communication and technical knowledge usually get good opportunities. However, not every student may get a direct campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students get placed in starting of 4th year that is 7th semester. The companies that often visit are pradhan co.pvt.ltd, seed companies and drone companies also companies like Nestle and britannia visit for placements. Highest ctc in 2025 was 19LPA and the avg was 7.5 LPA these data are also available on nirf site. Nearly 30% students get placed because remaining prefer higher studies over placement, those who are financially weak consider placement. My plans are different, I'm preparing for CAT and want to persue mba in agribusiness management from iim ahmedabad or iim lucknow.
