Remarks

I went to the college and visited the admission department. They said to first fill up the application form and pay the application fee. The application fee was 500. They gave me a brief about the courses. First, we have to apply for the course that we opt for. So I selected b.com as I'm interested in commerce. So first we have to pay the application fee and submit the application. And next to the counselling happens. They will inform us about the date, on that date we have to go to college for the counselling. They will interview us. They will ask some questions about ourselves and they will see our percentage in intermediate. So I was selected over there in my counselling. After I got selected they explained about the college activities and the academic fee structure. I selected b.com and for b.com it is 41000 per year. It may be more for some people but the quality of education is extremely good.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I am from b.com, our course was about accounts and everything. one can easily get the subject if their gasping power is good. And if they are good in calculations and everything. It is very easy for them. And also the computer knowledge provided in this course is very good. It is beneficial for people who like both account and computer science. Regarding our faculty, they are very friendly. They all completed their pg, PhD and other higher studies. They make us feel very comfortable, they explain the difficulty in the subjects. They are very warm. They explain everything in a good and appropriate manner. we used to have term exams. At that time those exams helped us to decrease the difficulty level for our sem end exams. We used to perform well in the semester end exams because of those exams. It was like practice before exams.

Placement Experience

4

Regarding placements, I can say that we will get a lot of placements in our college. The students from the final year are eligible for the placement drive. The students who have no backlogs and who have the minimum percentage of 60-65 are eligible for campus placements. The companies like Aditya Birla, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Sutherlands, amazon, AGS, Genpact, Hinduja global solutions, TCS etc will come to our campus. The highest package will be 3.5lakhs per annum, the average package will be 2 lakhs per annum and the least will be 1.3lakhs per annum. the students from the 5 and 6 semesters are eligible for placements. Nearly 50% of the students get selected in the placement cell. My plan after getting my degree is to place in a reputed company provided by our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am a b.com graduate, so my academic fee is 41000 per year. Generally, we will not get any type of scholarships in our college. Because our college will not accept any government related activities like scholarships from them etc. Regarding financial support, I can say that a person from middle class background can also study here without any difficulty. Because the fee structure is not that high. But sometimes it may be because it is not less also. It depends on the course regarding the fee structure. And also the quality of education was very good. Not only that the placements that come to our college are also very appreciable.

Campus Life

4.5

My campus life is extremely great. We will have some fests like a freshers party, farewell party and in the middle of the year, we will even have some fests. We celebrate women's day, teachers day, etc. We even have an annual day and many other events. And in December, we will also have a Christmas fest organized by the College. I am a member of the NSS club. We also have many sports. Most of the students use to participate in basketball, cricket and some of them in other outdoor activities. We even have indoor activities like chess, carroms, etc. Regarding extracurricular activities, I can rate 100/100 to my college. And also NCC and NSS club activities were done in our college. We also have a sports day for all these activities. We even have our Instagram page named st pious college where u can find about our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When I compared all of the other courses, I decided on this one because it has a better blend of subject and practical material. I hoped that by taking the course, I would be able to find work after graduation. The student-to-faculty ratio is around 1:5. The faculty is well-qualified, and the teaching style is very practical. The way they teach makes it easy for us to grasp the concept. They provide us with all of the necessary information that aids us in passing exams and gaining knowledge. All of the faculty members have a Master's degree, and some have also completed their Ph.D.s. The professors have an average of 7-8 years of experience in their fields. Every six months, semester exams are held.

Placement Experience:

For semester 5 students are eligible for campus placements because they know the basics of the courses then they can eligible for this semester. I have visited Deloitte company which is based on my course study and wished went through many I had no offers are made to me. As per company offers, the highest and average package is 10000 per month and to be expected is 15000 and profiles offered is the company can hire the student. The percentage of students is a minimum of 70% and above should be there for a student. My plans after getting my degree are to get a placement job in this college and to do an MBA. So that I can know more about Marketing and Sales. After my post-graduation, I want to know more about this of my course which I have taken and I want to own a company which is like I want my own company because I don't want to work under anyone. I want my own business which I can make my own decisions. So this is my plan for my future and I'm currently persuading this degree me.
