Remarks

I joined GR Damodaran college of Science in Coimbatore for taking up BBA retail management. The infrastructure of the college was pretty good. I had no counseling but the management asked some questions to know how knowledgeable I was on the subject they looked at my marks and confirmed my admission to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The main reason to chose BBA retail management is that I own a startup based in Coimbatore. I thought retail management will help me learn the different channels of sales better and will give me a lot of exposure to different managerial ways that I not aware of. The faculties in my college are highly qualified, they are ready to help us anytime we want. They taught us very difficult topics with ease. We wrote our examination through software it was initially difficult to work with it but after 2 exams I got a hang of it. The exams were neither different nor easy, but I passed them all.

Class Size: 62Course Fees: INR 112000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In GRD I feel the cost of the fees is not overpriced. Few of my classmates came in with their scholarships and sports quota. The fees are divided into 2 semesters to reduce the burden for the students and their parents.

Campus Life

I am not very sure about my campus life as I could attend my college only for 2 weeks due to the pandemic., but we were able to participate in a football competition, ted talks, and MUN. I did take a visit to our college library and pretty much had all the books that I wanted. There few Instagram page run but our college students and they update everything that happens in the college and it very helpful.

Yep am in commerce and business maths choose in my 11th standard and i want become entrepreneur so i choose BBA for my career In my college days so many people am seen they are better then me so i learned lot of things In course curriculum they are teaching only in books and i preferred to learn my past out students In semester 3 hours for exam duration am also learned and teach in my school days so its not difficult to me

Brutally Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The placement process begins from the third year i.e. the fifth and sixth sem. But be warned the placement is pure dabba. The companies that visited are goldman sachs, pick your trail, venture lts, greenbay, taj, audible, TCS, etc. the package varies from 3.4 LPA to 12 LPA. These are just peanut money btw. The college says there's 100% placements ( joke of the century) but in reality only 70% gets placed. I plan to do MBA from a different college.

There are 3 departments in my college.Except my department other 2 department students can go for interviews for jobs and internships.My Aviation related jobs requires a degree certificate to attend interview.I can place on any airlines with the advantage of holding a aviation degree In my department, Placement rate is 99% I assure that.My plan is to get place on any role in airport to gain experience to become a Male cabin crew (Flight Attendent).

Course Curriculum Overview:

I took BBA as I personally business which lead me to take this course and it has more opportunities too.. this course will prepare you to shape your career you have to do internships and project which will help you to improve you more .. the areas of improvement are we expect outdoor classes also so that students can learn more the timing is quite okay.. it's 9 30 to 4 so it won't make you difficult

Life at GRD

Well I have applied for more than three colleges in between of these I was doing my Neet exams my score was not much I got 447 in need exams and yet was not interested in doing MBBS so I really wanted to do psychology so when it comes to grd I found it flexible with the courses and also they was not dress code and comparative from other colleges grd got so many exposures lot to learn and in spite of this I got admission in PSG I have already paid my admission steps in grd so I was not able to make it in PSG and I was not rejected and all I prefer other colleges like got a vibrate campus and when it comes to admission process there was no exams for getting into UG is an all based on your 12th marks I in the school which you have done and some people you have got up paid the donation but it is very rare I prefer GRT for and vibrant happy enthusiastic a better place to learn in better place to have placements and for PGS you will be having entrance exams and you will also be referred with your uji's in your performance in UG exam...Read More
