PSIT Candidate Review

I didn't apply to any other college. The admission Process in PSIT is according to aktu. For getting admission here we have to appear in UPSEE Exam. There are also some seats for the students who hadn't appear in the UPSEE exam. For Admission, we have to fill the form in which we have to fill in our academic marks and our interest in any extra activity.

I choose this course because I am always interested in computer science. There are total of 15 faculty and a maximum of 65 students in a class. Every theory subject and practical subject have its own faculty. Every Faculty member qualified Phd. Their teaching method is good. They solve our problems with ease. There is Assignment tests in every month i.e we are having two Assignments in every month and after 2 assignment test, we have our class test. There are total 4 Assignment tests and 2 class test. After this we have pre universities test before our university test. The correction process in all these test and exam are all same as done in university exams. By appearing in these test we can easily pass our university exams.

There are various internship program done in college. One of the internship companies is Coursera. top subject in this area is Art and humanities, Computer science,Information Technology,Math and logic etc.

From 6-7th semester students are eligible for campus Placements. Recently 65% of students got placed from previous batch. The average salary offered to them is 5-6 LPa and the highest package gained is 19 LPa. Companies arrived are Infosys , TCS , Cognizant , Capgemini etc. The average percentage for getting placements is 70-80%. My plan is to join a better company and get placed .

The fee is 170300. Fees is too high. We are not provided with the acquired facilities. We dont have any activity done in our college. The activity fees taken is worthless. Scholarship is provided only to the students who gets admission through UPSEE exam . There is no Scholarship for management Quota Students.

IGNITIA is our annual Fest. It is Occured in every February. It is a very big event organised by students. We have total 4-5 library in our college. For issueing any book we have to provide student id. We can also re issue books just by sending mail . We have Air Conditioner classrooms and have smart classes. There are various sports courts in college for both girls and boys. But we don't have our sports class. There are various clubs in college like social club , English club and etc.

During admission, every student has to go through PI. We have to give a written test like an aptitude test. There are Multiple types of Questions and we have to select the correct answer. We have to also go through a Programming Test. It is also a multiple choice type. This programming test consist questions which we have studied in our 11-12th standard.
