Remarks

The management was very disciplined. We had a very big library consisting latest journals and books for all branches. The most good part was our placement cell. The faculty was very experienced. Food was good. College was much cheaper compared to other not so good deemed universities across the country. They gave scholarship to the poor students.

Entrance Preview

AIEEE Rank 15062, year of admission 2004, reason was it is in industrial belt between Bangalore and Chennai. Cheap and best education. Disciplined life.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course was Anna university standard syllabus. We wrote exams conducted by Anna university Chennai. Education and lab was good. Discipline was the first thing. The lab marks were assessed by the faculties from Anna university. You have to study hard to secure marks. The syllabus was latest per the standards in the best colleges. The option papers were very good choices. Like we read oops.

Internships Opportunities

There was very less stipend yes they provided internship in electronics and communication. In my final year I did for digital signal processing. The Anna university professor asked me to give a live demo and was satisfied.

Placement Experience

5

Awesome. I got three placements. None of my batchmates who passed exams went out of college with job offer. The companies used to visit our college and sometimes we had to visit other colleges who invited us for placement drives. All the expenses were borne by the college. Every student who got placed was rewarded by the chairman. We had an specialised placement cell.

College Events

5

Annual functions. Yearly sports meet. Paper presentations. Industrial visit.Tech summits. It was all useful n rewarding.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very very feasible many middle class children or even lower middle class children are managers in multinationals now.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no loan facility as such but poor students were granted scholarships based on their marks.

Campus Life

5

The gender ratio was bit low in my branch but it was reverse in bio tech.there was a committee for events which used to conduct annual functions, fresher welcoming, paper presentations, industrial visits etc. There was hardly any discrimination on the basis of language. English was the most preferred language. College hostel locality was very good.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes the seniors for my batch were very supportive. They gave us their books and other instruments. They guided us through the exam process. About the guidelines of the college. Instead of ragging us they chose to play outdoor sports with us. They all helped us in our bad times of exams by sharing their experiences. Even now we are in contact with many of our seniors.

Exam Structure

Anna university standard syllabus and pattern. The internal marks were 20 and external were 80 for both lab and theory. The papers used to come from Anna university Chennai. There were 10 questions of 2 marks each and 5 questions of 16 marks. There were choice of 1 out of 2 in 16 Mark questions. We used to have 5 units in each subject and 20 marks per unit were dedicated for the exam. The question used to be mux of easy and tough and within syllabus.

Admission

I gave AIEEE 2004 exam and secured 15062 rank. This college was in the list of counseling in MNIT Jaipur, I selected it and went to college with the forms. Everything was smooth. No extra fees or donation was asked. My parents were given the accommodation by college. The hostel was allotted next day itself.

Faculty

4.5

They were all qualified facilities having good experience. Very helping and strict at the same time. They encouragd me to present papers. My every win was rewarded by college as well. I got 3 placements in my 3rd year itself. Infosys, Perot systems and iflex. The bus and expenses were taken care of by the college if the students were going to other colleges for placement drives.
