SIBM-Hyderabad as a whole

Admission criteria for SIBM Hyderabad are you have to clear the SNAP, for which cutoff lies between 60-65 percentile after getting call you have to clear the GE/PI/WAT to get the final call for admission.

I chose MBA Finance because being a B.com and CA student I have already about the subjects and have a huge interest in the same. Faculties are extremely qualified and experienced here, they use a practical world approach for making us understand the concepts. For every 10 students, we have 1 faculty. Exams are conducted twice a year along with CTs, pass in which you have to pay attention in class and notes.

100% of students got the internship. Companies like SBI, Swio, Fyndhere, GTM and Sons etc. were there for the internship. Projects based on your specialization were given to enhance your knowledge and skills.

The highest package was 12LPA, Top 25% of students got an average of 8.6LPA. Companies like Berkedia, Delloite, Invesco, TCS, HCL, KPMG, etc for the placement process. You are eligible from the 3rd semester it.

The current fees for the year 2020-21 are 6,60,000 p.a Academic fees along with 87,500 p.a for hostel and mess fees. It is said to have a 10% hike in next year,s fees. The eligible students will benefit from the scholarships announced in government schemes.

Every year we have FIRANDE as our annual management and cultural fest followed by Elysium which is the annual sports fest. We have a total of 19 clubs and committees including the academic clubs which are completely managed by students.

Extremely satisfied with the hostel and mess. Hostel rooms have an occupancy of 2 and 3 people and are spacious enough. 24/7 hot and cold water facility along with attached washrooms. Mess is clean and large enough. 4 times a day meal is provided the quality of which is also nice.

For the admission process after getting a call we have to go through GE-PI-WAT. For GE, the invigilator may ask you and your group to test your team player and leadership skills. Your interview will be based on whatever you have written in your resume and for WAT you have to write few words on the given topic.
