My college experience

I got admission through Sam's Odisha site where you can for 5 colleges in which you're interested. This website is for students who want to study in Odisha. The fees for filing the form was 100 Rs. After getting selected you can take admission from those colleges you were selected. If you want to change the college you can but after 1 selection. In the process also spot admission is provided to us and this is the same as the process of admission. This is the topmost college in Bhubaneswar. I am pursuing B.Com in this college because I heard and seen the teachers here are very dedicated towards their work and they are friendly.

I choose B.Com because I was a Commerce student and quite like this stream. I wanted to do something in this field. This is just a basic step toward my dream career. There are almost 350 around the student in my batch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Due to the pandemic, we haven't got a chance to take physical classes but we are having our online which is going fine and the teacher is doing their best to educate us about our course. So basically till now, we haven't had our 1st semester because they follow what government says. We are still studying 1st-semester course study.

For admission it took around 1200 for admission and semester fees is 1500 and hostels fees for girls st/sc was 12000. This would be the best option if you want to study for less money and with a good education.

I don't about these because we haven't attended college till now like physically. I dont know much about it. There no social group runs by the students. Yes, books are provided to the students from the library.

I don't know about these because we haven't attended. And yes I have heard about students renting a room or pg near the colleges. I took hostel facility and they were nice to me. At the time of admission.
