I applied in this college (Sanskar College of Engineering and Technology, Ghaziabad) only in Civil Engineering Department. The criteria of admission were based on UPSEE or above 75% in class 12th. The minimum age for admission ws 16 years. I belong to OBC category. The admission process started after the result of UPSEE and according to the scores of UPSEE, different branch was alloted in different counselling. I chose Civil Engineering department and I got the same.

I like construction and designing of Civil Engineering Structures, hence i chose Civil Engineering. The faculty : student ratio in this college (Sanskar College of Engineering and Technology, Ghaziabad) is 1: 15. All the faculty members are highly qualified and have done their masters degree from reputed institutes like National Institute of Technology, National institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research. The teaching method is very good and the faculties tell about practical aspects of civil engineering and provide proper notes and tutorials. The term exams contain balanced questions from all theory, numerical and derivation as well as a combination of easy, moderate and tough questions. If we focus on class attentively, it is easy to pass the exam, however, we can ask doubt in faculties' free time and each unit notes is provided on time.

After completion of the third year, we are sent for an internship to the companies or organization for a duration of 6 weeks for exposure of practical knowledge. After the completion of summer vacation, the proect report is asked by the college to learn in the internship.

From the seventh semester, students are eligible for the placement. Many companies like Tekshapers, Whitehat, Byus, Mobilotte, ienergizer and many companies visit the college campus for recruiting students. The highest placement was 10 lakh per annum and the average placement is 3-4 lakhs per annum. Some students of this college are also working abroad. 100% placement record is here in this college. I am planning for higher studies.

The college fee is Rs. 55000 per year and there is a facility of Scholarship from the Uttar Pradesh State Government. There is no hike in College fee since when I joined in 2019 and our seniors say that the College inform the fee hike before the implementation of it. The College fee is economical.

Annual fest named "Euphoric" is conducted in February month of every year in which cultural programmes like singing, dancing and teechnical activities are also conducted. There is a big library available in the college in which all course books and other books like general information books, journals and magazines are also available. The classrooms are spacious and regular cleaning is done. Proper ventilation and a window is provided. Proper light and fan is fitted in the classroom with proper electricity facility. Sports facilities like Cricket, Volleyball and Table tennis facilities are available.

The room provided in the hostel is spacious and double bedrooms are available with proper ventilation, window, light and fan facility. 24 hours electricity is available. The hostel provides breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The food is healthy and seasonal vegetables are provided. A special dinner is provided on Friday night. Milk is also provided in the night. There are sufficient rooms available in the hostel.
