The admission process was moderate but was strictly based on percentage obtained criteria and upon submission of authentic qualification documents. Entrance test was conducted, followed by interview the interview.

The faculty members were really learned and the college provided us with a different faculty for theory & a different one for the practicals. I never encountered any shortage of faculty during crucial times like examinations or when someone was on leave. we always have a teacher accommodated for that very hour or someone to look after/engage us when the concerned faculty was on a leave. The faculty were never harsh or rude towards us. From time to time attention towards revision classes were given. Amrapali gave me caring, polite and gentle faculties with whom I was really very comfortable and willing to participate in different activities & competitions with their full support & approvals. From time to time we were supposed to clear Mid-term examinations and practical VIVA-VOCE. The results earlier were displayed on the Notice board for all the midterms and final result declarations.

Hyatt, The Leela, Ramada, Kenilworth resorts offered an internship with a stipend. Students were supposed to submit project reports on chosen departments. The faculties were alloted as a guide who assist us to prepare the project.

From the 4th year onwards campus placement started to take place. Students were trained to prepare a CV and to handle Interviews right from the time of admissions. Attending Seminars, conference, webinars are mandatory for us in order to gain the required knowledge in the hospitality field. Companies like Oberoi's, The Leela, Jaypee, St. Regis etc always come to hire students for management training/placements.

Students who achieved 75% marks and have 100% attendance receives a scholarship. Campus interviews are organised every year for each one of us in the reputed Hotels. The college also takes care of the internships and ODC.

The campus was lush green, beautiful and scenic. The classrooms and practical labs were spacious, kept neat & clean. There was a canteen for refreshment. The campus had many gardens where a student during break hours can meet and communicate with other students. A huge and rich library was one of the major attraction where the student prefers to sit after classes for the latest updates. We used to have an annual day named SPANDAN.

Yes, there was a written test held followed by a personal Interview. I was informed that basic mathematics, GK and comprehension part would be asked in the examination when we came to visit the Institute for clarifications then I prepared the things accordingly. After that, a letter was received from the college regarding the result & the parents were called to come along with the ward for the admission process with necessary documents.
