Remarks

I just applied only to bishop Heber College and I didn't opt for any other colleges. I didn't avail of any quota for admission. The minimum marks required for getting admission was nearly 50% in the 12th board exam.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I was naturally interested in knowing about taxation that's why I chose this course. Our college has highly qualified facilities and they are excellent in their teachings. Frequently we used to have exams and the level of passing the examination is quite difficult.

Internships Opportunities

4

Many companies like Internshala are offering various internship opportunities along with stipend. Various roles are offered according to the type of companies we choose like Production manager, sales manager, HR, etc.

Placement Experience

4

After the fifth-semester students are eligible for attending the campus interview. Nearly 80% of the students are getting their placements. Many top-ranking companies are offering job opportunities by way of campus interviews. My plan is to become a company secretary.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of study (fees) is the same as in all other colleges. The scholarship is awarded to students who are in need of money. Fees concession will be given to the needy students. Our college offers job opportunities along with a stipend (for internship)

Campus Life

5

We used to have festcom every year. We used to have lots and lots of inter-college and intra-college competitionss and cultural activities. We have a huge library and thousands of books are available to enrich our knowledge not only on the subject matter but also helps us to improve our general knowledge skills by way of Daily newspaper and magazines. We have many clubs in our college(like Nature club, Gender Sensitisation club, NSS, etc.) and it is mandatory for all the first and second year to join any one of the clubs and carry on club activities. Our college gives an ultimate priority to sports and the people involved in sports.

The placements are too good. The probability of getting placed in an honourable company is too high with this course. During the internships, We can connect with highly rated companies and organisations to gain experience.
