I joined this institute because I had heard a lot about it and the faculty and the quality of education provided. I gathered all this information from trusted and experienced sources like ex-faculty and alumni of the institute. Moreover there are many extra-curricular activities involved in the course that involve physical and mental growth.

I chose information technology because it has a great future ahead of it and there are limitless opportunities for me when I try to get a job as a graduate from this course. The college is associated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University so the curriculum is quite good and the faculties are well- educated and well-qualified.

Companies start coming for campus placement in the 7th semester or at the start of the 4th year in college. Many reputed and well known MNCs and other sector leader companies come for placements and offer highly paying jobs to all eligible students.

The fee structure is kept quite affordable so that most of the students can afford it and there is also the option to compensate your fees with the scholarship received from the the government. Talking about campus jobs, one can apply for all the companies if they clear the eligibility filter set by the company. I was placed for internship-cum-placement at a reputed MNC with a stipend of Rs. 15000 per month.

The social life at Truba is quite engaging and awesome. One can go and talk to anyone whoever he/she wishes to whether be it a faculty or the management or administration. There are lots of cultural clubs like Poetry Club, Literature Club, Reception Committee, and many more. I myself was part of different clubs.
