Ihm kurukshetra is one of the top goverment college for hotel management , in pragmatic way I can say that one can do bsc and diploma and get a good exposure learning from good faculty. Starting from my experience I learned about different food styles and their cooking methods and got a chance to do my industrial training in 5 star hotel.

The college curriculum is very intriguing thus many students may found it vast but my personal experience was that I got chance to learn some good stuff, the student who are having endeavour to do something can definitely prefer Ihm kurukshetra, time to time exams like seasonals and quiz also helped me learn some new techniques. Being in top 5 studente consistently for 3 years I can say that faculty were also good to me.

Due to corona pandemic I wasn't able to get any placement but overall placement of college is good .thus last year the placement record was very mesmerising the student got good placement in prestigious hotels.

The fees hike is management by state government as the college is tuned by nchmct ( national councils of hotels management and catering technology ) they manage all the activities thus the scholarship programme for below bpl students and the st and sc quota students gets huge amount of exposure in aspect of finance assistance.

Campus Life at the college is good, activities like sports day and annual day are organised but the special focus is on studies only that was the only things which I felt as being a state athlete I didn't got chance to show case my skills thus library for book is there in which each student is provided library card and can get books for free for limited period of time thus there is no social group
