Remarks

Good Aspect - Great Teaching Quality, Strictness regarding attendance, Time to time test series, GATE Exam preparation is done, Study Abroad Cell is there for the students those are seeking M.S. after B.Tech.Bad Aspect - Less number of informational visits

Course Curriculum Overview

The Faculty to Student Ratio is 1:25. The qualification of 80% of faculty staff is M.Tech and remaining 20% is Ph.D holders. The teaching method is both traditional wherever necessary with computerized learning at times. During pandemic the faculty staff used online platform to conduct lectures efficiently.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 320000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies this year have approached our college for providing internships which is a part of our curriculum. Some are getting paid internships while others are getting internships + placements after internship is completed. This who are getting stipend are in the range of 7500 to 5000 Rs per month.

Placement Experience

Campus placements regarding civil engineering departments are less in core fields but if coding language like C & C++ are learnt then placements in companies like TCS, Infosys, etc are possible. If no placements are offered then students are prepared for different examinations like GATE, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Per year the fee is hiked by about 3000 Rs. There are 6 seats which come under TFWS scheme where the overall fee for a particular academic year is about 11000 Rs. Apart from this all the scholarship programs offered by government are also applicable.

Campus Life

Annually there are 3 to 4 functional activities of educational as well as informal activities. Freshers party, Farewell party, Annual gathering, Traditional day celebration & techfest naming Orchitech. Sports are organised every year known as Smash in which cricket, football, badminton, carrom, volleyball, chess, etc are organised.

The Placement Cell is responsible for the placement process. It is not very streamlined. Getting a job is considered tough, usually, the student has to search for it themselves. The average package offered is about 4 Lakhs which is okayish. Usually, students go for masters in Europe which is one of the best options. About 40 people apply for placements out of 180 students and out of that about 20-30 get placed.

A lookout at my institute

In the recent years our college reputation has grown on the large scale due to its placement, performance and quality of education. Admission was based entrance exams like CET, JEE, etc. College Infrastructure As far the infrastructure is concerned, i would say its pretty awesome. Its so huge that you could easily get lost. But jokes aside , its interesting and the scenery from any point, is awesome. No doubt. Academics Currently im studying btech in COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING. Its good and interesting. Faculty are good and easygoing. Particals are pretty interesting. Classes are chill and often enjoyable it still good. Placements As i heard from the seniors, the placement are pretty neat . They get good packages. They sure that everyone get placed . But to get that you need pretty decent GPA . And this branch is versatile in the job world , so its good. Value-for-money Yeah about this , its pretty expensive. But its good though . They make up for it. It cost me 1L per year and pay via two installments.
