Remarks

I chose this college because the teachers are very professional and experienced. Talking to the administration dept itself made me realise this. The ambience is perfect and the architecture is too good along with all the facilities like hostel, canteen, library, amphitheater, auditorium, swimming pool, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The faculty to student ratio is 1:10 and that's the best part because everytime a student needs any help, they can approach any faculty within a no time and the staff is very helpful in any circumstances even if students have personal issues. The faculty are well versed with their subjects and have a lot of practical knowledge too, most of them are PhD and they have so many project ideas. The teaching method is not restricted to the classroom but teachers believe in demonstrating the content that they cover. Exams are conducted in a very timely manner according to the University norms. The exams seem difficult to pass only for those students who haven't attended the lectures because the faculty teaches every necessary piece of the curriculum probable to be asked in the University as well as the college exam.

Internships Opportunities

5

Yes I did 3 internships. Autocluster- Design intern working on dressing software at the company, eleation- design trainee and intern and it was online, internshala- campus ambassador with marketing skills

Placement Experience

3.5

There are placements available to those who get good scores in the University exams. Also for the other students, is they don't get placed at the first or second round, faculties have special sessions for their grooming and aptitude building. The interview assistance and training with mock interview is also provided here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee can be paid in 3 or 4 installments, there are 3 kinds of scholarships available, students can go through the eligibility criteria to avail them. There's hardly any fees hike, the fees sticks to 60-65 thousand per year for a four year engineering degree course. Infact I have seen a senior faculty who helped a few of his students to pay the fees. The placements are considerably fine. The average package is 8 lpa that an average performing student can get.

Campus Life

5

Life at campus is wonderful, moving a bit sideways from the academics, the college has so much to offer. There are totally 4 major annual fests that have all the various activities. Indoor and outdoor games, art and culture and tech fest are the most popular things while you're studying here. The cultural fests are Orion, Forza, Minerva and the sport fest is Kurukshetra. The tech fest are on Robotics, drones, coding and the major one is Go-kart. The library is full of old and new edition of books along with reference books and journals. It offers newspaper to read everyday and also is updated with weekly magazines.

Admission

No interview or GD is conducted. There was just a quick session with the admission counsellor and then my admission was confirmed. In this session he asked about my previous qualifications and skills that I already have. Then he told me more about the college and what will I be expecting once I get the admission.

Placement Experience:

The Placement Cell is responsible for the placement process. It is not very streamlined. Getting a job is considered tough, usually, the student has to search for it themselves. The average package offered is about 4 Lakhs which is okayish. Usually, students go for masters in Europe which is one of the best options. About 40 people apply for placements out of 180 students and out of that about 20-30 get placed.
