A Tour for a Tourism Institute

I applied for Mass media and communication at Delhi University and Indraprastha University but as I got admission to the Indian institute of travel and tourism management, I did not continue with either of the colleges. We had contacts in the main center and contacted them for admission. They took three working days to revert back and the admission for confirmed in two days.

Travel and tourism is a very different stream and even I wanted to try a subject, thus took the stream. There are a total of 85 students in the batch. Every faculty has a doctorate degree and is extremely thorough with the subjects. Exams happen every 2-3 months and have moderate difficulty.

The fees for tuition, collaboration and optional tour fees. Per semester fees are 440000 Rs. The first-year fee is 108400 Rs. I am in the second semester so still haven't applied for any job. As the year and semester upgrades, the fees reduce by 1000 or 2000 Rs per semester.

The college organizes yearly fest and programs like AAGHAZ and WORLD TOURISM DAY. The library is fully furnished with the latest books and journals required for the subjects. The classrooms and equipped with whiteboard and Air conditioning facilities. The campus has a cricket ground, football ground, table tennis table, and badminton court. There are clubs also like sports, dance, music and drama clubs.
