The admission test was moderately tough students all over Rajasthan apply for it so a number of enrollment is definitely high and hence is the competition. After the exam, a GD and PI round is conducted and marking is 75% based on exam and 25% on GD PI round and results are declared on the basis of ranks of students 260 ranks are declared and on the counselling day students who have excelled are first given government seats on the basis of reservation according to Government guidelines and then up to 2 120 seats are given to students as per the batch size of MBA and MBA SM.

Due to the covid pandemic, the term was extended but prop examinations are conducted and made sure that students are properly appearing for exam purpose assignments are provided the internal examination is conducted and then the main exam is conducted thereof four semesters in the two years of the course.

Due to covid pandemic placements for offered only online mode and work from home was conducted but still, the best of the companies that could have come has provided internship such as ICICI, SBI, Outlook, Fortis, Blitz jobs extra the stipend provided is 12000 for 45 days of tenure.

After semester 3 the students are eligible for campus placement several companies visit our college such as SBI ICICI bleach jobs Nestle and number of reputed companies highest package offered was 6 lakh per annum and for marketing profile, 70% of the students get placement from college and 30% are not interested in placement as they have their own business or a not interested in working after getting the degree. My plan will be to enter the corporate world.

The college does not provide any scholarship to students but the top 25 students in the PIM MAT exam are given government seats based on reservations of categories which then get concession in the fees of college.

Due to Kuwait pandemic list of the festivals that could have been conducted work done but still, the best was done keeping quiet guidelines and restrictions in mind regular batch parties are held in the college. Republic day celebration was held on January later the fresher's party for students has held sports day friendly hockey matches treasure hunt and activities like these are held in every 15 days. We have AC classrooms and good facilities in college campus curricular activities are held very often and all kind of activities festivals are celebrated we have pages on Instagram LinkedIn of R.A Poddar institute of management.

Topics for GD were generally and chip based system was their topics such as "equality is a myth" were discussed examination was moderately difficult as per the CMAT and CAT format books that are referred for MBA entrance exam was sufficient for the study YouTube lectures were helpful while preparing for GDP around in exams as well.
