Remarks
Vivekanand Education Society's Business School provides industry-oriented PGDM programs. It does not follow the traditional way of one-way teaching and mugging up concepts. It tries to give practical exposure to the concepts with the help of case studies, mocks, flip classrooms, webinars, etc. They focus on the holistic development of the students. The admission process is systematic to get into the institute. It just starts with applying to the college over its interactive website. It is then followed by group discussions and personal interviews. One requires basic general knowledge and awareness about what is happening in society to crack the process. The process usually starts in January.

Interview Experience
I faced an online group discussion and personal interview round. The topics for group discussion are generally from the current affairs and happenings in society. For example, my topic was all about the actions taken by the Government of India to Curb Covid-19. The personal interview is generally to check the confidence level, attitude, and few basic questions about your educational background. To prepare for these rounds one should constantly read newspapers, articles, journals and keep in touch with the trends in the industry.
