Remarks

This is one of the best colleges in Mumbai if anyone wants to pursue B. Pharm. The admission is usually based on CAP rounds and with 100% transparency based on MH-CET score. The office staff is very kind and admission were done very smoothly.

Course Curriculum Overview

VESCOP provides conducive atmosphere for creative and productive learning. The faculty here is easily approachable & knowledgeable. Even there are mentors assigned for every 10 students who are responsible to manage student expectations and to communicate and interact with students.

Internships Opportunities

College supports us to avail the internships available on Internshala. As being in a pandemic situation there are many companies who are not willing to give internships at this stage. But there are many WFH opportunities available for which one can apply.

Placement Experience

There is a placement cell IN charge of the entire placement process. According to what I had heard from my seniors is that there are many companies who visit VESCOP offering a good package being freshers. Pharmaceutical companies like Med life, Aditya Birla, etc. Most of the students opt for higher studies after the completion of the B.pharm course.

Fees and Financial Aid

Considering it as a private college, fees is comparatively affordable and the few structure is available on college website. There are many scholarships provided by various trusts, government & some organizations for minority students and economically backward students.

Campus Life

Annually VESCOP organizes an event known Spectrum, conducted during even semesters, with a huge participation from all the year students. There are lot of books available in the library, and the quiet atmosphere there ensures a pleasant and inspiring study environment. Also VESCOP provides well equipped laboratories and classrooms to develop our practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge. There are several college committees like Rotaract, PHO, IIC, etc. Overall the VESCOP creates a 'learn & grow' atmosphere for students.

Placement Experience:

Yearly most students give good placement from college. Placement depends on the result of the final year and the performance of the student. Many good job offers are available after completing this course. According to previous students, they have 7-15 lakh package. So many pharmaceutical companies are offered for students who pass out from this college. If students pass out with first-class and DICSTINTION they definitely achieve good placement. I want to work in a professional company after completing my course.

Colleges I had applied to were OCP, GIP, Sterling and VESCOP and many more through online mode and I was been alloted GIP on second merit list. Then my aunt who lives in Chembur asked me to apply to colleges offline too and her first priority was VESCOP as it is a very well reputed college with good placements. So I applied for the same. Luckily I got admission in that course through management quota. Minimum criteria for admission was HSC passed and MHCET cleared with a certain cutoff marks which was far lower than the online mode. Minimum MHCET marks when applying online were over 110 but on offline mode it got as low as 80. So I got eligible for the same. The admission process was simple. I had to provide all the original documents to the college and they had some papers and other formalities like payment of fees, etc. After alI that, I was given my admission form which was a assurity that I have been admitted to the college.
