My experience

The reason I choose this college because of my friends and my family. I got admitted to the college on the 2nd list after clearing the cutoffs and verification of documents. The college provides good learning opportunities and atmosphere to the students, faculty of the college is also very good and not to forget the college campus and infrastructure.

Many companies attend college but only employ a few students. About 50% of students are accommodated in our courses. Other industries, such as IT and computer departments, have a higher percentage of internships. The pay package is also high. Due to the current pandemic, our seniors who were selected for the company have yet to find jobs. Packages offered with an average salary of 2.5 LPA. The highest-paid plan so far is 32 LPA. Companies like Godrej Mahindra, Royal Enfield, Mercedes, TCS, Infosys, Worli Parsons, Capgemini, and Deepak Fertility are the best-recruiting companies in our department. There are no college internship opportunities. You need to register with a third-party application such as Internshala.Com. In our courses, students are hired as engineer assistants, apprentices, and construction assistants.

Students have to complete an internship program in their area of specialization during the 7th semester. All the students after their 6th semester become eligible for campus placements. The placements offered are very good. Companies like Infosys , Wipro, HCL, IBM, Amazon, etc. depending on the course studied. At the end it depends on the capability of the student.

The fee structure is quite moderate i.e not much expensive. Also, the college provides various types of scholarships to various students from different sections of society. For example girls scholarship is provided in which 50 percent Of tuition fees are waived. Also scholarship for students who are from the reserved category like SC / ST.

Many technical fests are arranged in the month of January in College campus by HIET, every year annual fest is also organised. Many different types of technical and non technical journals, many technology-related journals, books of various authors are available in our library. Many different sports like cricket ground, badminton court, tennis, football, hockey, basketball court, table tennis, handball court and many more are there, extracurricular activities like different competitions, different sessions are arranged in our college. Social Clubs are run by senior students of our college.
