Remarks

I choose this college because it is one of the best colleges in the city. The admission was merit-based so I had no problem in getting into the college. The merits of this college are as follows: the teachers here are very helpful and encouraging. The infrastructure of the college is very fascinating. The faculty of the college is very good. The attendance requirement is very low. The demerits of the college are as follows: the teachers are a bit strict.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose BEd because I have a deep interest in this field. I choosing B.Ed at this level would surely do me good in future. I want to open my insights to many possible fields. I'm pursuing this course so that it would help me in getting a government job in the teaching profession.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placement percentage of the college is around 94%. The average salary package offered for freshers is 1.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered can be up to 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 1 LPA. All interested students get internships in various research laboratories, diagnostic companies, food and water industries and also in various biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Some of the top recruiting companies include Medreich, Indoco, BCIL, Suraksha Diagnostic, Lal Pathlabs, various CSIR and DBT research institutes all over India, Biocon, etc. Top roles are mostly offered in the research and development wing of industries and PhD supervisor, principal investigator, quality control, clinical analysis, etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee of my college is quite high because it's not a full government college and the whole of the fundings are not received by the government as it's a semi-government college. The fee for 1 semester is around 40,000 and the fee for the whole year is around 75,000. The fees for the whole course is around 1,50,000. There is some reduction in the fees for the weaker section of the society. The reserved category of students enjoys some of the benefits.

Campus Life

2.5

There is no Annual cultural fest in the college. But some programs have conducted that help the students relax. The college hosts a wide variety of events such as treasure hunts, music shows, concerts and dance performances. A 3-day college festival is also celebrated and is generally celebrated in the month of January. The different socities and clubs help us to build our personality and give us many opportunities to work and help us to know our intrest areas.

Admission:

I always wanted to go in the field of education so that I could share my knowledge with the children. In this college, the admission is based on merit only. The marks of the last qualifying exams are considered here. Basically, one has to fill up an online application form which is available on the college's website and after that the merit list is put up. This is followed by a councelling session in which all the documents including the application form is submitted. Later on, the fees are paid and the admission process is completed.
