I choose this college because of its amazing faculty. I wanted the college which is best in studies so I researched alot about this college and got some amazing reviews on this for the BCA course. This college falls under the top 10 category for BCA in Delhi. Its infrastructure is not too big of course but not too bad. Teachers are so friendly as you can discuss your problems anytime with them and they help you out. And talking about the admission process so it's totally based on entrance after clearing your 12th examination you have to fill the IPU form which is of 1200 and the course which you wanted to take then going further after some time you have to give entrance exam and they provide you results and then just you have to do choice filling and you can choose your college according to your rank. I have searched on the sims website and also collegedunia is very helpful while I was comparing my college with others. The campus provides WiFi facilities well-equipped labs depending on the subject.

Actually, after completing my 12th class I was very much confused about what course should I opt for as I wanted to make a good career so very important for me to choose a course which is suitable for me and I ended up choosing BCA because I have an interest in computer's and with family advice, I go ahead with this course. BCA is a professional course and it's very interesting. Sirifort Institute of management studies faculty is too good. They really have good knowledge of teaching and everything. Teachers are so student-friendly and helpful. Even during the lockdown, the online classes were really interesting and interactive. All the faculty members took care of our needs and helped us perform well. There were 75 students in my class. The faculty was highly qualified. They give notes of everything on time. Exams are held every end of the semester that's is after six months. Due to Corona, our semester became short and it is of 3 months for 1st year It is very easy to crack the exams if you study well.

This college provides you internships in the second year and they give good opportunities as I am new to this college so I don't know that much about that. So as I have to get many reviews related to this from my near ones its internship are best generally.

The placement of Siri fort Institute of management studies is excellent. They really provide a good opportunity to students by placing them in good companies where they can make their future. Students become eligible for placement in their 5th semester and one can go further. Different companies visited the college for placement. In the year 2018-19 the companies like Wipro, Amazon, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Tyson, Infosys, people scout, British telecom, Capgemini and a total 35 number of students placed in that year. The highest package for BBA is 3 lakhs per annum For BCA is 12 lakhs per annum and for B.Com(H) is 2.5 lakhs per Annum. After getting the degree I wanted to do a job and with that, I want to do MCA. So that I will get a good package. There are many students who got placed in different companies every year. College provides good placement opportunities and to get a good placement we have to work hard and get a minimum of 75%.

So my college fee structure is 95600 for the 1st year as in 40000 goes to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and rest goes to the college. And from the second year fees is 87000 and procedure is also same as 1st year. So fees are quite okay for a middle-class family and affordable for such a good college. And they provide scholarship opportunities so that's one can grab this. For BCA its placement cell is very good. Most of the popular companies visit there and hire students who are capable and talented. Some of my seniors and my friends say that its placement cell is amazing as they provide a good opportunity.

So actually I only went to college to collect my books or for admission, as we all know due to covid colleges are not allowed to open. So I didn't experience my college life at all. The campus was small but it was good. It was fully air-conditioned and it organises fests, cultural events. There's a Dazzle 2019 technical fest which is held in April 2019 and there's a sports day in 2017 and a sports meet in 2019. They provide opportunities for different sports. There's an Instagram page that is run by the students that are @ sims Rohini. There were different extracurricular activities in the college like presentations there were different libraries for different courses and they provide well-maintained books and they have a huge collection of books. One can find every book related to the course. In June 2018, they have an industrial visit. They celebrate Teachers day farewell so well.

So there was a common entrance test for qualifying the admission criteria. So basically for admission in ggsipu everyone have to go through a common entrance test or there is one more option that is direct admission. So the choice is based on student whether they want to give exam or they want to take direct admission in their respective college. So after the 12th, you have to fill form and courses which you wanted to take after the 12th and after that,, you have to give CET for the same. So As I have given CET for BCA the topics include are very easy they are COMPUTER AWARENESS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, LOGICAL ABILITY AND REASONING AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND COMPREHENSION and they are not too tough if you study well. If you want coaching for the CET you can take and if you want to study by your own you can. I prepared by myself for the exams and it was not too difficult. There was MCQ based test so u easily crack.
