It's all about your will power

To be honest I joined our college because it gives the perfect balance between academic and curriculum activities. I heard that our college staffs are very friendly and helpful and it is so true, so I'm satisfied for choosing my college. We have good placement records in tier 1 companies, So to build a firm career in a reputed company I prefer my college. We have an incubation centre of many companies so we can even work in our final year itself. In the case of transportation, It'll only 15mins for me to go to college. My aunt also worked there so she accompanied me through the admission process and all. Overall I can say I'm very much satisfied with choosing our college.

I choose ECE because it's an overall trendsetter, I can either go to software or hardware stream, I have a variant of core streams I can feature up so I thought this is a good stream to grow my knowledge and also for my building up my career in a firm manner. We've monthly internals, Model exam and model practicals before we face the final semester exam. The students who secure less than 60% marks are asked to attend the study session after college by the respective staff for certain courses. If needed the students who secure above 60% can also attend this study session. This will be very useful for attending the internals. As I already told faculties are very friendly and strict when necessary. We can ask doubts whenever not only in college also through calling or chats.

We've worked on a solar grass cutter, Line following robot under the assistance of Mr Lakshminathan. For internships, I attended bsnl internships on the company itself where we learned about communication sectors.

Currently, I'm pursuing my pre-final year. So we are now having the training. At the end of the 6th semester, we are asked to submit the form about our placement to study our interest in whichever field/stream so they can guide us in that perspective. We have GATE coaching from the 2nd year onwards to get placed in public /central sectors or to pursue our higher studies. For a software update, we have many companies visited our college like Infosys, Wipro, TCS and so on In the case of hardware we have cognizant, Syrma and so on. My plan is to getting placed in a core related company.

I've joined through management quota and my total fees are Rs. 65000/-. Book, lab fee-Rs. 26000/-(only collected at first ). Also, there are various scholarships available. I acquired a minority scholarship where I receive Rs. 20000/- yearly it was very helpful for me to develop my practical knowledge through various courses and workshops.

Honestly speaking you can experience the best campus life here, we've numerous club activities and hackathon's and so on. The leader and secretary of a particular clubs are selected through panel interviews, I'm the secretary of the health club in our college. Many voluntary clubs help our surroundings like a rotary club, NSS, YRC and so on. For developing ourselves technically we've many technical clubs like Robotics Club, Embedded, VLSI etc., Also for Personality development, we have got an English proficiency club where we can develop our soft skills to ace the interview in a confident way. We conducted eye check-up for our students regularly from our health club. At the end of each year, we've our annual day celebration where we showcase our talents and got appreciated by our chairman. also, we have many project competition adequately, we must participate in a project competition and paper presentations per semester, also for the hackathon.
