Review on REC

I found this college via Google search, later I got to know even more as I started exploring the website of this college(REC). The college was extremely close to my house and as I visited the college I realized that it is very well .organized and very huge with greenery all way. These were the initial pros that attracted me towards this college preffering it over the others. The admission was through AP EAMCET rank. After the session started we were laid in the hands of well supportive and helpful staff. Also the college has beautiful ground and a big block of hostel at starting. In the CSE department the labs were well equipped and organized up to date. The only con I found was here the students are given high freedom than limited other than that the college was very good.

I choose B.Tech,CSE. I have always been attracted to towards technology especially towards programming thus had long determined that this was the course I opted for. In REC we have highly qualified faculties taking good care of engineering students. Enough time is taken to teach a particular topic and make sure that every topic is understood as clearly as possible. Also we are having regular tests and assignments which will make us prepared for semister exams.

There are various internship opportunities provided by the college. Most of them being the campus ambassador organized by companies like college dunia, coding ninja etc. College also offers offline internships for students by taking them to industries.

REC students perform very well in campus placements. Companies like TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Microsoft visit our campus and recruit students with high packages. Also the average packages of students is 7LPA.

The fees for B.Tech is moderate in REC as compared to other private colleges here i.e. 69700/- for the total year. Also there are some schemes for students of low income like full fee reimbursement provided by AP government.

REC has a very big campus for a private engineering college in the middle of a city. It has three blocks for all departments, a huge canteen,a big ground and well decorated campus. Our special events are cultural fest and tech fest. We have also events organised by our college for which Movie celebrates are invited and every student awaits for those events. We have various clubs like dance clubs, coding clubs etc. Seniors are also well interacted with juniors. They are very helpful and supportive.
