My college experience

This college has good faculty for study and provides a good environment for students to explore more. The college has its own hostel near about 100 metres. Admission occurs through the UPSEE entrance exam as well as by direct procedures. Fess is moderate in comparison to other colleges, college has fees structure in the range of 70000 to 96000. Most important labs are well maintained and equipped, the college has its own library, canteen, herbal garden, a transport system for students.

This course has a wide range of scope like in industry, manufacturing, packaging, healthcare, hospitals, teaching, research and development (RD), starting own chemist shop, etc. I choose this because I want to become a Drug Inspector(DI). Enough faculty to teach the student, the college runs two separate batches of strength 50 students having separate teachers. In labs, two lab attendants are available along with teachers. Most of the teachers are post graduated (M.pharm) and most of them are doing their PhD. The teaching method of teachers is so good, they provide notes to students and the teachers are well experienced which I saw in my 1-semester exam preparation. Teachers are very helpful during final exams. Although the teachers are very strict and rude but overall they are great.

The campus has its placement cell, according to communication with seniors the minimum placement is Rs 200000 per year and a maximum of Rs 450000. The placement is good but doing further study is more useful for a bright future. 70 above students got placement but the placement also depends upon the student's attitude and confidence.

The college is taking moderate fees, the yearly fees of students lie in a range of 70000 to 96000 as I saw in this year. Students have to pay Rs 500 per semester as common breakage fees of the lab just before of semester exam. College provides up a scholarship for eligible candidates as per government guidelines. Overall the college is affordable and good as per facilities of the college.

The college conduct freshers party for fresher students. Actually, I am a student of the first year of the first semester, so till now from admission, no any fest cultural activities are conducted due to covid safety. But the organizes sports day, cultural activity, freshers etc. In sports, the college organizes cricket, volleyball, badminton, athletics etc.

The hostel building has three floors, each floor contains 9 rooms. Each room have three separate beds with separate Almirah, each bed have its separate charging point with two sockets. Each room contains two lights, two fans and a room cooler. In local student got a room at rs 2000 to 5000 as per facilities and have to pay for food separately. The hostel is much better than PG.
