GMC Nagpur is one of the prestigious college in India. It has 2nd largest campus in all over Asia. Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in NEET exam after 12th. Every year NEET is conducted in first week of may. For more information about NEET visit the website ntaneet.nic.in

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to be a successful person and build a good career to help those people who needed my help. Faculty at my college are expert in teaching everything. For a particular subject there are 10 to 15 teachers are available. Teachers have done post graduation in their respective branches. Per year two terms exams and one prelim exam are taken and for difficulty of exam I give 5 points out of 10

Placement Experience

All the students gets placements in government hospitals as there are many seats available due to increased population of our country and some of the students prefer to start their own practice.

College Events

SYNERGY and SYNAPSE are the annual fest conducted in march and april. In library all books are available related to studies. Campus of GMC nagpur is among the largest campus in asia. It has gym,volleyball court, football ground, swimming pool, badminton court, table tennis, and many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There are different fees structure for government and private colleges. For detailed fees structure one must visit the website of respective college. Scholarship is available for category students which can be get by applying online on mahadbt portal

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are good. For registration of hostel students need to apply for it in the student section during admission process. It is quite cheap by cost.

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

Admission is done on the basis of rank obtained in NEET exam. NEET(National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is conducted by pen and paper mode, in which 180 questions are asked (45 questions are from botany section 45 from zoology 45 from physics and 45 from chemistry). All all the questions are in the form of MCQs for each correct answer 4 marks are given and for each wrong answer 1 mark is deduced from the total score. No marks is given or deduced if the question is not attempted. For preparation of NEET coaching classes are available, books are also there, and entire syllabus of NEET is based on 11th and 12th class of CBSE.

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Excellent college for diplomawith supportive faculty

teachers are helpful and you can ask them your doubts without any problem. most of them are quite supportive
there are technical events, sports and cultural programs during the year, so college is not only about studies
i liked the practical sessions and labs because we actually got to work on things instead of only learning the thoery

Dislikes

Placements opportunities could be better and i feel the college can bring more companies for students
Sometimes the academics workload can fell a bit much, espically when assignments, practicals and exams come around together
Using mobile in the collge is strictly not allowed and if used our mobile is taken and given after 6 to 7 days .

Placement Experience:

Placements at VES Polyetchnic are decent for a diploma college. students generally become eligible for placements in the final year.Pacages depend on the company and branch, with some offer going above 4 LPA. the placement cell also helps with interviews and internships. after diploma, many students also choose to continue with higher studies

the curriculum included both theoretical and practical subjects related to computer science ,which matches my interest in technology and career growth . The curriculum provided foundational knowledge ,practical assignments ,and project work that helped in understanding real word application More industry oriented training is suggested the exams were conducted after 6 months every semester some times the results are delayed by university

Likes

The campus of the college is vast with a natural environment
Many facilities like library, sophisticated labs, and classrooms are provided by the college
The Teachers cover each and every point of the syllabus and guide the students.

Dislikes

The syllabus is a little bit outdated, that is some points in the syllabus may seems boring and not applicable in the real world.
The Teachers should use the right techniques for teaching which makes the students more engaging in the class.
The menu of the canteen must contain some health option in a budget friendly way.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

College campus, it is big, not much conjusted, good nature friendly
Freedom upto some level, no uniforms, no ID compulsion unless it is an exam
Events,every now and then there are events in college, cultural club is also too good here👍

Dislikes

Faculty is not much well qualified or well trained I would say
Hectic curriculum, boring schedules and quite unlivable
Labs and classrooms are too old, infrastructure is very old

Placement Experience:

Yes there is placement cell of STES which is no different than other tier 3 engineering colleges offering a tier 3 average package depending on who is the recruiter. Students become eligible for campus from 3rd year of their degree. Highest package is something around 55 lakhs offered to a computer engineering student,and average is just like I said for a tier 3 college 5-6 lakhs(above or below). Almost everyone gets placed in the company but some might not.

I like my college building,classes,labs.
Canteen is good.it provides good quality food.
Library is best. Very nice management and staff

Dislikes

Canteen is good but they must increase their staff.
Class should be sound proof.noice from outside disturbs.
Stationary staff should be increased and price should be decreased.

Placement Experience:

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Accenture,Wipro, Microsoft, HyperVerge have visited college. In 2020 highest package was 30 lac per annum by Amazon. Last year only 40% students got the placement. I am planning for competitive exams after degree.

"The Best college"

Faculty of College Is good. All Faculty of College is Well worsed.
Library of the College is Very Good. Having plenty of books. Each Volumes and edition are available to the library.
The Moot Court hall is well equipped. Having all the facilities and modern techniques as well.

Dislikes

The Infrastructure of boys Hostel Should be improved
There is no canteen in college. College can try to open canteen
Parking for Bikes should be improve. College having ample of space for car parking

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.

Some departments here were really great like ETC and Mechanical with a unique culture going on
AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember

Wealthy and good campus

I like the cleanness of the collage and premise
Very good interaction with other peaceful campus
Another thing i like is the infrastructure good campus amenities and learning facilities

Dislikes

The lab management no sitting arrangement many of the water taps not working ect
The office faculty most of them are rude in behaviour
The parking arrangements not well yet and not allowing any of four wheeler inside the campus

I love pharmacy and i love to see me as an pharmacist i like this profession because i like to see the other pharmacists how they work how they wear the lab coat ect thats why i choose this and as soon i get to know that we can also start a business by having a pharmacy license

1.I had applied for this course in IGGMC ngp as well as DMIMS wardha but the fees infrastructure of this institution was higher than the college I'm studying. 2.
