IIBS College has a very good infrastructure, with modernized classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, Wi-fi campus, which truly offers a good space to study. Most of the faculties out there belong from an industrial background who provides more practical knowledge which is mostly IN required.The college also provides a platform to gain practical exposure by talking to numerous INDUSTRIAL VISITS, FOREIGN TOUR.

I had opted for Human resource as a specialization in MBA since I was from a commerce background and had the interest to pursue MBA an get myself placed as an HR for a reputed MNC. Faculty of IIBS mostly belong from the corporate background who guides in gaining more practical knowledge, they are also very co operative and friendly natured. they also corporate level training, timely seminars on PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT CLASSES, GROOMING SESSIONS, etc. which makes students corporate ready. Most of the faculties are Doctorates & PhD holders holding years of experience in the corporate sector. They give timely internal exams by covering the syllabus within the academic schedule which helps the students clear their exams with no backlogs and with flying colors.

iibs offers every student's first yr complete training on personality development, grooming sessions, and workshops to get corporate ready. in 3 rd semester, they offer internship opportunities were specially for the fresher its a good opportunity to gain some practical exposure. iibs also provides certification courses from the topmost companies and from iim Bangalore & universities .where students get certified with all of these only by completing assignments and projects associated with it.

For the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. dell, franchise connect India Pvt ltd, NexGen, property pistol, square yards, Concentrix,ibm , etc are some of the companies visited for campus drive. 95% of the students get placed .others who don't mostly would be lacking because of backlogs or irregular to the classes or lacking to crack the interview. after completing my mba I would be working for a reputed MNCs.

Rs.7,45,000/- is the 2yrs course fee and the hostel fee is rs.1,00,000/- per yr including food and accommodation. scholarship based on academic merit if the student is having above 60% in academics or scholarship based on entrance score, or scholarship if the student belongs from sports quota or parents being from a defense background. 25% of the fee is waived on the course fee for the girl students, having more than 55% in academics and belonging from northeast states.

The college conducts annual fests such as surface program, inter and intra collegiate fest, managerial fest, Rotaract club, international boot camps, adventure-based programs. multiple books are available at the library.

iibs provides a 5 star rated hostel which offers a lush green infrastructure, modernized room providing all the equipment's and hostel also includes a gym, football court, swimming pool, yoga center, indoor games, open-air theatre, squash, tennis court, clubhouse, walking park, 24/7 atm facility, etc. hostel food - maintaining all the hygiene they offer a good hospitality keeping in the concern of all the students across the states. The registration process for the hostel: initial 20k has to be paid as a caution amount for the hostel room registration which is refundable once living the hostel.

I had been through 2 telephonic interview rounds. 1st was a personal interview - regarding self-introduction, qualification in graduation,12th, and10th was asked & regarding the entrance score and ranking. family background. 2nd was the corporate interview round - regarding my work experience, job role, subject knowledge, and current affairs in business administration were asked.
