Sagar Suri's Review On Jagannath International Management School - [JIMS] Kalkaji, New Delhi

After passing my 12th class. I gave JET entance which was offered by JAGANNATH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, New Delhi. I cleared the exam with a comprehensive score 72%.

The Institute is affiliated by IP University Delhi and offers various courses on their behalf. It offers BCA, BBA, MCA, MBA, PGDCA, PGDM and Mass Com. like courses. I found BCA for myself as I had an interest in IT Field.

As of now, I am in 2nd semester. So there is no internship for us. But yes, I have seen that big corporate brands do offer good stipends to JIMS students. There they used to earn while leaning.

Big corporate houses and banks like Wipro, Oracle, IBM, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank etc. do come to our college for providing campus placements. Many of our eligible students gets selected with a good CTC.

Yes, Scholarship exams are conducted on yearly basis. Students who score well in this exam are awarded by full or half scholarship for the current semester or for the entire course.

There is plenty of opportunities available within JIMS. It has three huge IT Labs to sharp our skills and learn practical aspects. Also there is a hall and out door ground for sports activities. Students used to play Table Tennis, Football, Cricket, Basket Ball.

Alumni are regular in touch with the faculties and some juniors. The college throws an Alumni Party ever year which gives the opportunity to current students with alumnus to discuss and share experiences. The college also publish Journals and Alumni magazines to keep in touch with its Alumnus by printing their articles and experiences.

The examinations are taken in form of monthly tests, semester end test and annunal exams. The question papers are made by different faculties of same subject, and finally questions are mixed by the Head of Department.
