I would not recommend this college if you can study hard and get a good rank in entrance exams go to some other college

I had got selected by my RPET rank (Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test). I had got 10000+ Rank and got admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculam was from Rajasthan Technical University. It was average designed course.Most of the subjects were theoretical with some practical subjects. Overall, the course was not difficult.

Internships Opportunities

I did internship from a technical training institute NIIT and not by the college. I think it was not available to take training in college. So no question of stipend.

Placement Experience

No placements have happened in my college as far as I know of the same. I was placed in a company but the company never came back to take the selected students.

College Events

College events were celebrated in good spirit like freshers party and farewell party etc. Other than that not much functions used to happen so not a very exciting experience.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was 52000 for college and 30000 for hostel at my time so it is at par with other private colleges in rajasthan. So I would say not very bad on that front.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is available for students who have scored greater that 60 percent in PCM (Physics + Chemistry + Maths) in their 12th class. I got scholarship of 10000 every year.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is very good. Hostel life is quite dull. Ragging is not an issue. So overall not a very exciting life in campus although it depends on person to person as to how much they can enjoy themselves.

Hostel Facilities

It was worse. I dont recomment using hostel even if its available. Mess food was horrible and we had to eat outside every other day.

Alumni/Alumna

I am connected with most of my friends so yes most pople are of friendly nature. My seniors are also connected on facebook twitter etc so thats not an issue anyway as its the age of internet.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is the same as every other RTU college. Two mid term exams happen for all subjects and then main exams and practicals happen.

Faculty

Faculty was very good. Specially Vineet Khanna sir and Maths Teacher but he had left by the time I passed out. Overall faculty was good but not upto the mark.

Placement Experience:

Jecrc have average placement they show 55 lakh package on advisement and 6 lakh at average placement, but I talked with senior they say placement is not good from jecrc. But I thought have good placement in jecrc university.

Decent college for the girls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle,bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.
