Entrance Preview
I have given PET in 2006 My rank was 649 and I opted E&TC in this college. I Opted this college as this is one of the reputed college in MP.
Course Curriculum Overview
There were total 38 subjects in 4 years. Divided in 8 semesters. First 6 semesters were having 5 subjects each while last 2 semesters were having 4 subjects each.
Placement Experience
During my time mainly TCS, CSC, Impetus, Ashok Leyland exclusively visited our campus for hiring. There were other companies visited in other colleges but allowed students from our college as well. Companies includes Satyam, Patni Computers etc. TCS was the Top recruiter which employed almost 150 students in 2006. Stipend was ranging from 2.2 lakhs/annum to 4.2 lakhs/annum in 2006.
College Events
Every year we used to have annual function in our college which gives opportunities to all the interested students. Apart from that we used to Tech fest where in we used to invite student from other colleges and ask them to participate in various event organized by us. Every year we used to either have Fresher or Farewell Party.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I think is having least fee structure comparing other colleges in MP. Its value for money, There were no additional fee or charges on students. Very minimum exam fee and library fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
I myself took Study loan from Allahabad bank. All the formalities were done from my end. You will have to collect fee structure (including Hotel) from college and submit it to the bank from which you are taking Study Loan.
Campus Life
We had a open culture in our college. Boys to girl Ratio was 3:2. We used to go out to celebrates our colleges birthday party. Indore is place of cool people where I am sure you will love each and every movement of your college life.
Hostel Facilities
During my time, Hostel was newly built with clean washrooms. We were provided with water coolers and washing machine.Rooms were on sharing basis with 2 beds, 2 Tables, 2 Almiras and 2 chairs. Hotel fees was Rs 6000/year in 2006. There were nominal monthly
Alumni/Alumna
We have very good network connected through social media e.g. Facebook. Once we gathered in our college in 2007 and had a great party. We are connected and used to meet with seniors or colleagues whenever we get chance.
Faculty
Faculty were mainly M.Tech., Ph.d and well experienced in teaching.Some of the professors were having good industry experience.Altogether it was nice learning institute in Indore.
