Remarks
Actually, due to my percentage, I was not able to find any good college but dad suggested to me to go to Diet(Diploma in Elementary Education). Firstly I was not so happy as I can't go to du but when I started going there it was really good the teachers were so helpful. This course is related to the teaching profession at the primary level and you can go to the senior secondary level also after graduation. So from my point of view, it was a good college as there were not many fees plus scholarship was also available so that people below the poverty line or not financially good can also apply. I think you must think about being a teacher as he/she is the only one who makes our future bright. If we talk about bad aspects then there are some like gate gets closed if you don't come on time, sometimes a bad environment.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I thought that becoming a teacher is a very good profession as there are many people who can't afford to study so I think maybe I can help them with education. As we talk about student ratio girls are more than boys like 9:1or9:2 as most girls are in this field than boys as you had seen in your schools. But now the time has changed boys are also there in government schools. If we talk about the qualification of faculty then they all have done Ph.D. in their specific subject, plus masters and their teaching exams. The teaching method was also good as they teach us practically which will help us to be good teachers with good ethics. The exams are yearly (externals) and the internals is based on the assignment school evaluation program workshops etc.
Placement Experience
Actually, there are no campus placements as this is a diploma only but they give you one-month training In a government school which is very helpful as there you will be given a whole class under you and you have to take care of it and the teachers in govt school are also helpful in co-operating. After the diploma, we have to clear ctet and dssb which are qualification test and after that, we can apply in government schools.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
If we talk about fee structure then it had been paid quarterly like in 4 parts in a year so that there will be no burden on the child who is not financially able. Nd if we talk about scholarship then one of my friends had scholarship In which all the fees related to diet was paid by a third party and the child just have to take the cheque from their branch.
Campus Life
Actually, there is no fest In diet but instead of that, they have workshops which are related to dance, culture, art, drama, etc all over the year which is very rare and good. But yeah there is strictness in diet's as there are many people who break the rules. the library is well-maintained and contains all the books one needs so that we don't have to buy from outside. Some colleges have very good physical activities which are essential for us.
Interview Experience
No as such there was nothing like group discussion or interview as the admission is done on a merit basis. So firstly you have to check your name then the college assigned nd at the time of admission you have to carry some of your documents like 12th and 10th mark sheet plus your all papers related to diet.
