Remarks

This college has a good infrastructure. good teaching staff. admission process applied easily in the college portal. The top college in India. Here the hostel facility available for long-distance from the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course will helpful for the future and I loved these courses Teaching staff are good and guiding. around 40 students are there I give 10/10 for teaching staff. Exam dates announced in the notice board or web portal. Exams are very easy.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

4th semester's students become eligible for campus placements. 90 percent of students getting placements. Highest package is 100000 per month and the average package is 50000 per month. My plan is to be a professor.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Fees are low compared to other colleges The scholarship is available for each category. Scholarship form filling process in commerce building 1st floor. year once scholarship will come. we have to open the college branch bank for the scholarship.

Campus Life

The annual fest will conduct in the month of September and tech fest has to get permission to the hod and go to other colleges. Classroom s are clean and neat. Sports day will happen in the month of February. Players for each sport will be called up in the classroom. Clubs will be chosen by you and management will give you an id and password for run the individual portal

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are good and hostel infrastructure also is good. The meal will available veg and non-veg. Filling form. For qualifying hostel, we have to pass the English written test but this test very easy only basic questions are there.

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Interview Experience

Gd topic is social awareness. The interview asked about the subject and personal details. The test is an easy aptitude, English and about the subject. The syllabus will provide in the web portal. There is no negative mark. It one of the best exams feel you will have.

For BTech and MTech students there is ample opportunity for placements. They can easily get placed for high packages. For research scholars, I have not explored much of an opportunity but there is a lot of scope after completing the degree here.

IITM- How the top institute in NIRF really is.

Placement Experience:

Students with bachelor's and master's usually opt for placement. Students pursuing phd in physics don't usually go for a placement. It's a common thing in phd everywhere. Students usually opt for post foc positions abroad. So this question is not much relevant for PhD. If you consider all other degrees, the average package is 1500-2000k/ annum where the highest goes somewhere around 10M Indian rupees. Popular companies like Google, Amazon and Microsoft recruit students regularly. 100s of companies come for recruitment and Almost 100% of students get placed for bachelors, but you can say it's 0% in a PhD as they don't even sit in an interview. My plan is to go for a post-doc position, preferably in abroad as it gives higher value to a career.(that's strange but true)

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ph.D., is my ambition, Saveetha is right and better choice for me especially, here can I complete the course by minimum 3years and my guide was very good, he helping in research lot to me. And only two PhD student (Include me) guide by my staff, so I can easily approach to my staff. Mostly all of the staffs are completed post doctratate and consistently contribute to the research. In PhD., only in exam were conducted in first year, so this very helpful for the students.

Reality inside Vellalar College

Placement Experience:

Placement is provided for final UG and PG students and most of the companies are IT and small insurance companies and people from all department are placed. Most of them are for small jobs with a salary from 5000 - 15000. No proper training is provided for students. The real success rate of placement is questionable, but for simple jobs, you can opt it.

Worst management ever seen. They always look forward for money and not on future of students. They only need money even in this covid pandermic situation they look into collection of fees. The labs in our college are worst with no chemicals, the machinaries are not in working condition, no safety measures. Not even simple basic requirement for the lab. Even the class room are worst, no fan, light, its really hard to study in that class. We had given a lot of complaints to management and they are not interested in any of that

Loyola’s ground reality

The admission process was easy, I got in through credit score, meaning I paid no donation of any kind. They asked for the basic details and 10th and 12th marks for admission, nothing extra. I personally applied to SNU delhi and Chennai, where I got both (Bcom) and also I applied for MCC also where I got the Econ program.
